Racists bank tellers. They only serve you if your Mexican. The person in front of me didn't have an account, but since he spoke Spanish, they served him. I spoke English and they would even give me a $10 roll of quarters.

N'Gai, i just wanted to post this review here because there's no way to leave a survey or feedback for the employees at WellsFargo locations, so i have to use Google to say it: "So proper and Profession, as soon as i pull up in the drivethru, he greets me so courteously and kindly, and very professional... Suit and Tie, very proper gentleman" I felt truly respected and valued as a customer of WellsFargo... N'gai trully deserves more, and better, as every client he deals with he does the best with each one, and makes sure to meet there needs as efficiently and quicklty as possible.
Therefore please note this person is a great candidate when it comes to more responsibilities, because with every little thing he does excellent, therefore he can be trusted with bigger more responsibilities, and i believe he will indeeed do excellent as well with those.
I'm trully grateful for the satisfaction and the skills N'gai demostrated, as well as true professionallism.
This is truly what companies now a day need, more respectful people that will care about their jobs and care of the clients too. Specially nowawdays when nobody wants to work because all they look for is to clock out. Not N'gai, you can trully tell N'gai cares for what he does and for clients he's managing. Great person, and i'm sure great employee to keep for a longtime

Ive been a customer of Wells Fargo Bank for over 50 years. For the second time wells fargo has blocked me from paying my bills using bill pay. No notice, No email, No phone calls, just blocked. They are discriminating against people that dont have a cell phone using some bull excuse that you have to have a cell phone to get codes so that u can pay your bills. After months of withdrawing cash from inside the wells fargo bank at 4578 boulder hwy. las vegas, a disabled vet was told he could no longer withdraw his own money from his account without a debit card and they had to send him a code on his phone while he was standing in front of the teller! What the hell is wells fargo bank doing??????? Have they gone completely nuts with their rules??? Looking for a lawyer to sue for discrimination against the elderly and disabled.

Today I fainted in front of this Wells Fargo and the Security guard and one of the tellers or manager took charge and gave me water, and just care. I am so appreciative of the Phenomenal Care and Service. Thank you a million times. It meant so much. Thank you. Sharlene. I am so thankful.

Had a banking emergency and needed a new local account. No one answered after multiple attempts to call so I went in. Three people standing and talking, literally swinging their hands, and I was told I need an appointment. Maybe answer the phone instead of flirting with the manager (yep, saw it with my own eyes), and don't waste the time of people who ARE busy doing their jobs not hitting on their boss
