I seldom go into the bank these days but my husband wanted to open an account. These days you need an appointment. Anyway Aaron helped us do it all online from our phone in a matter of minutes as he was busy helping 3 other ppl. He was so friendly and helpful. We appreciate you Aaron.

I’ve been coming here for the past seven years, but recently, things have changed. Over the past few months, there’s been constant turnover, with new staff every time I visit. Unfortunately, some of the newer employees, like Renee, have been rude and unprofessional, which has made for a really unpleasant experience.

The new machines eats checks, beware. Now I'm waiting for the store to open to hopefully get my hard earned money.
If I can't safely deposit money into a bank, then what's the point?
Edit: I bumped up the review because Juan C. Was very helpful with guiding me in the recovery process. The ATM design is still flawed.

Wells Fargo cuts hours at all the banks and then doesn’t staff the ones that are open to handle their customers. I don’t know why I stay with them

What happened to Wells Fargo Bank. Banked with them for years. They are the worst!! We've already taken our businesses from them now need to take personal. Terrible all around, especially this location!

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. I just moved here from the east coast and trying to transfer roughly 2 million into a new bank account with then and I waited an hour and a half just to be told it’s gonna be another 2 hours. They told me they would be “right with me”

Compared to other Wells Fargo branches, I find this one is generally good to work with. It sends like all the WF branches are under-staffed, but these guys seem to hold their own and are accommodating to clients. I do miss the days of being able to walk in without setting up an appointment in advance.

ATM related. Not sure if this branch has anything to do with it. This is my 2nd and final time with this Wells Fargo ATM, and possibly Wells Fargo as a bank. It incorrectly returned part of my deposit. (Because the ATM only accepts up to 30 bills per transaction.) I immediately called the number on the ATM and spent 47 minutes on the phone, only to tell me they'll submit a claim and I have to wait for a response but Wells Fargo doesn't know how long it would take.

2 stars for the crabby teller who did not care much about our scheduled appointment or that I was on a lunch break and had limited time. 4 stars for the operations manager who brought out another banker 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. 5 stars for Joel, who worked efficiently and was super personable. Excellent customer service.
