Went into the store to deposit money on my Chime Card and I was told that I could only deposit amounts of 500.00 and 250.00 when I had visited the store twice the past few days depositing 500.00 and 500.00. When I let the on duty manager know, her response was because she was the manager on duty and wouldn't do the transaction. I've already called corporate about this situation. This is not customer service.

This Walgreens does not have professional employees that are professionally trained in customer service. They always seem to be out of things or do not know the answer to things when I asked. Also on numerous occasions when I have put in a photo order at least on four occasions when picking up my store app photo order my order was not made because the store did not have photo paper. Who in the heck does not have photo paper? And why can't you as a company get a hold of me and let me know either via email or via cell phone which is sent in on the orders. Yes, yes they are. And also when complaining to customer service of Walgreens I was told an area manager or a regional manager would be getting a hold of me. The first time of course I heard nothing from the lazy regional manager. The second time I did have an unknown number that was blocked or looked suspicious on my phone and someone said they were from Walgreens but you could not hear them, it sounded very sketchy, and the audio was so poor. It sounded like they were trying to call from a distance trying to make an attempt but didn't want to leave complete information on how to get back with them. So your regional managers don't even know how to leave proper messages for their customers, oh great they're poorly trained to. At least the other Walgreens on Lake Mead 6 miles up going east towards a better part of town has photo paper to complete your orders. Never go to this Lakemeade and Nellis Walgreens because they will not contact you and tell you they cannot complete your photo order. I was never given an apology, an explanation, or any discount for my inconvenience. The employees clearly just want to have jobs that are minimal to do just to collect somewhat of a paycheck and still go on with their miserable lives. I do not feel sorry for them Period but they do seem to have a high turnover in the store of those types as well.

Please do not patronize and give your money to businesses where the employees are rude and disrespectful to you. Even though they are not friendly, they can at least be decent. This describes most of them in the pharmacy at Walgreens-located at 5082 E. Lake Mead Blvd in Las Vegas, NV 89115. There is an exception of one named James and at least one of the cashiers. Even when calling in for a refill, you're met with such disrespect, and rudeness. You also get interrupted and talked over. We deserve respect. I, for one, refuse to give them another dime of my money. There are too many other pharmacies to choose from where respect is given.

They only have one employee working and 15 customers in line. Unable to assist when most of their item are locked up and you able to assist yourself.
