What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? After working all day, I realized there was a one day only sale. Finished dinner and took my 9 yr old son and 13 yr old nephew to the Craig Marketplace Albertsons. Unfortunately, they were out of both items we made the trip for. I went to the customer service desk to ask for a rain check for both items. A rather rude clerk named Jeff kinda rolled his eyes when I asked for the rain check but gave them to me. I then said, he (my nephew) needs one for my sister. He folded his arms on his chest and said, one per customer. I said it is for my sister and he said: "she has to be standing in front of me". I said: he is a customer and wants a rain check to which rude Jeff said: you have to be 18 for a rain check! I asked him to show me where this is printed ANYWHERE and asked to see a manager. He said she is right there(the one that handed rude Jeff the 1st one) I asked her to show me where it states you have to be 18 to be issued a rain check for BUTTER. She said it is store policy and I told her to show me. The entire time, rude Jeff stood by with his arms folded like this 59 year old was a threat! The "manager" then began writing and as she was writing said: "you're going to get me fired"! I said yeah...you're going to get fired over a 2 for $5.00 Butter RAINCHECK??? She never responded. She then handed me a the raincheck. I asked for her name and she said you can get it off the rain check! I asked if there was a store manager and number and she said "yes, you can get that information off your receipt. I told her I didn't have a receipt because I couldn't buy the items I needed. She said, any Albertsons receipt will have it. Angered more now, I said could you please write down the name and telephone number and the district manager's name and number please. She said: Why? Are you going to try to get me in trouble? She wrote down the telephone number of the store only! I left the store with RUDE JEFF, arms still folded right behind me until I reached the door! Still searching for a policy stating you have to be 18 to buy butter!!!!

The Deli manager at this location went above and beyond to make our going away party a success! Because the party trays ordered weren't completed by the time we arrived for pickup, she hurried along and got us out the door on time. Thanks again. I would recommend them for any catering event.

I hope I have the right location which is 7151 Tenaya Way. I have been shopping at this Albertsons since the day they opened and have never had a problem with any of my children except for my autistic child who they call retarded when she walks in the door that is very unprofessional. Claudia goes around telling everybody not to speak to my daughter that she's a r***** how can you have someone work for your establishment when they judge people and they should not so if I'm in a wheelchair what does that make me? She has no room or any way to judge anyone but herself. I am going to the CEO with this because this is slander, defamation of character and she tells everybody in the establishment that they are not allowed to serve or talk to her. When I went to the manager what the time with a male named Nick who seem to care but when I left I heard him say b****. Which really got my blood boiling but I walked out and I bit my tongue and held it. If anybody work in any of my establishments and did that till customer they would no longer be on board as a team member. This is outrageous and uncalled for my daughter is not a r****** And even if she was you don't say things like that to any child with a different ability. I will be calling Channel 8, 13 all the mutations that will Hear My Cry because enough is enough I have call the CEO I have called corporate headquarters and I've dealt with the managers in your store who all do not like my daughter for whatever reason. I spend about $1,000 a month in that store that's a lot of money and I can leave and go somewhere else and it won't be another hour since I'll tell you that. If nothing is done within a week where I don't have an apology face-to-face to my daughter cuz they know who she is and they know who I am I will take this further and file lawsuit like I said defamation of character and slander and I'm sure every judge in the world would never agree to calling your child a r***** like I said very unprofessional.

Another aggravating trip to nearby Albertsons today it's like some of the employees don't want you to shop here. Self checkout and couldn't get my coupon to work so out comes Carolyn from customer service to get ignorant with me!! She started out accusing me of not ringing up my two bags of coffee saying I don't see it here on the receipt I said scroll up and Look 2 bags of Starbucks She handed me the coupon and said I'm done here I told her she was ignorant always to me I can't pay bills or god forbid I return something! I returned a product that was Albertsons brand and it wasn't working but didn't have a receipt asked for credit to replace it I was told I couldn't return without a receipt next time . Okay next time ? Anyway today I just wasn't taking her rudeness so manager Nicki came over while I was being helped and asked me if I had a problem I said yes your employee was and was cut off by Management saying she wasn't going to let anyone call her employee ignorant . I replied you don't want to hear my side or what she said to me ya know the customer?! Nicki was even more ignorant than her employee So after being aggravated and paying for it I walked over to Nicki and told her I didn't appreciate being talked to like that and she replied I'll get off this line and you can tell me what you think Wtf ?! This store is less than a mile from me but can't shop there cause of rude employees If you go self check out with Claudette Claudette is helpful and friendly

Drove to this store today to buy groceries. I had my items in my cart ready to purchase. I asked the grocery manager Cody if he'll reduce the Claussen pickles to $3.50 so my manufacturer coupon will cover it. It was only asking to lower the price $1.50. He said he has to ask his manager. I said I thought you were manager. He then called Nick on the phone at the meat counter. Cody said Nicky told him "No". I told Cody to tell Nick if he doesn't lower the price then I'm going to corporate because the coupon is suppose to cover the full price, of up to $3.50. Cody called Nick back and asked. Cody said that Nick told him that "Corporate makes the prices so go ahead and call corporate". I never talked to Nick. Cody was the middle man. I guess Nick is the assistant store manager. I then left without purchasing my other items nor the pickles. So Albertsons lost about a $100 sale today.

Sadly, Albertsons is up to it's old overcharging tricks. Now they have expanded opportunities with the Just4U program. Bottom line - double check your receipt BEFORE leaving the store. On my recent visit I was not given the proper price for a couple categories resulting in an overcharge of $1.50. Just low enough not to bother with the hassle of returning to the store and waiting in line, etc. This issue was quite prevalent a few years ago and I thought they had cleaned up their act after not being cheated for some time. I let my guard down - shame on me.

I was shopping last week and noticed on of your employees watching me from down the aisle . She proceeds to walk down the aisle staring into my basket. When she gets close she kneels down looking in it. She still hasn't told me what her problem is but I'm black so I know what that type of behavior means. I'm being accused of something. Sure enough, she walks by continuing to stare me down. Comes back a few seconds later and comes right out and says it "Do you have a phone in your cart?" Why type of question is that? But I answered why would a phone be on my cart? If someone thought I was stealing then use the 400 cameras that are used throughout the grocery store and see that I didnt touch anyone's belongings. That whole situation could've been avoided. I should have left the store right then but I had already got most of my groceries and just wanted to go home. Accusations like the one your employee made are how black people end up getting hurt. I should've got her name. White lady. Definitely 40+ , dirty blond And YES she did continue to watch me while I was there. Cmon people

I walked past and made eye contact with several employees, and received no greeting or anything. Bad customer service. Seemed like they were all in a bad mood and/or didn't want to be there.

Came in to pick up some stuff for smores. Quick in and out. Store was clean and there was no waiting for self-check our. Overhead announcement about the deli offering a new chicken sandwich was poorly reviews by the lady staff members in the self-check out. They were talking amongst each other, not stating that to customers, but I did overhear it. The employees badmouthing their own deli department for the 4 star rating. Employees should always be aware of their conversations.

Five stars, I was shock to find food. I walked in thinking it was a department store but there were no dresses. I was glad they had food because my stomach was growling and I needed to feed it before things got really bad. Highly satisfied 5 starts will recommend

Went in to this Albertsons today my self my 3 daughters and my friend and her daughter getting food for dinner. Walked around the store looking for everything. We also got to beers. While ringing my items up the beer requested assistance and the register said continue scanning (self checkout) so i did, next item i scanned did not ring up but me not knowing it didn't i put it in the bag the lady comes over counts my items and I'm like i scanned it.. Ok long story short.. She proceeds to walk off, gets security and we hear get say watch them.. I could understand her saying watch me but watch them.. What in het right mind would possess her to think I'm stealing. A simple mistake? No it was racial profiling.. My kids have Never experienced it first hand towards them until today. My 12 year old is still a bit baffled.. All thanks to April the closing night manager. Negative 1 star

Fried chicken made in house is normally good, but last night a young boy behind the chicken case was totally clueless, they were selling old and dried chicken that should have been thrown out 4 hours earlier. $ 7.99 for eight pieces, went to customer service and complained they knocked of $3.00 . Got home and had to throw all of it out, totally dried out, never had a bad batch from Albertsons in N . Buffalo... they care about what they make and sell. Pay attention to your deli, I live less then a block away, want to depend on freshness at your branch. Will go back and see if any change and report back on yelp... is anyone listening ? Well see...
