After waiting alone for 10 minutes at the customer service desk to pickup a package shipped from France, the manager told me my first name was spelled wrong on the package...the "i" at the end of my first name was replaced with a "y". I explained that sometimes it happens. She instructed me to spell my first name correctly from now on. Yeah. As a middle aged woman, I don't know how to spell my own first name? It's a package from another country that I did not address to myself. Condescending, and unnecessary.

Terrible. Customer service is terrible. The digital coupon app never works in here. Checker-Christina - reports she "can't be expected to know the coupons in here" when she simply needed to review the store flyer. Had to go all the way back- take photos of coupons advertised in store- stand in line for customer service - to receive the coupons as promised. Seems staff would be a little more helpful since they all seem to know this about the app in the store.

If you want to shop in the world's worst grocery store....be my guest. I won't be going back. I entered the store at 8:04pm. The gentleman behind the deli counter was too busy cleaning a machine to notice me, so I stand there for 5 minutes, before saying..."excuse me, are you open?" He responds that he is, and says he'll be with me in a moment. So....I wait some more. When he finally asks me how he can help me, I ask for 1/2 lb. of ham. He says sorry, but they have to stop using the slicers an hour before they close the deli, so he can't slice any meats. Seriously??????? Ummmmm....the purpose of a deli is to sell sliced meats! If you can't sell sliced meats, you are effectively closed. So why don't you just close at 8, since you can't sell sliced meats after that? If you advertise closing at 9, then you should be able to help customers till 9. Do you know what I call a store that can't service it's customers during advertised hours? A store I don't shop at anymore.

Worst Albertsons probably anywhere, and the a Starbucks is AWFUL. The employees are collectively the rudest bunch of people I've ever encountered. There is a girl at Starbucks named Nikki w dread locks who likes to insult the customers and say things under her breath like "I hate her, I'm going to take as long as I can to make this drink" Absolutely unbelievable. The bakery has muffins/rolls/cookies on the shelf that are over a week old- if you ask for fresh stuff you will get a "NO" accompanied with a scowl. If you want an example of how to make your customers feel uncomfortable- go there.

Very nice and clean market in an affluent neighborhood strip mall. I was looking for an item and the market employees who I asked were polite; especially the gentleman by the Self Checkout who had a pleasant facial expression.

1/4/22 Quality/Quantity - Consistent with the brand/brands. With all your mergers and acquisitions, I can see so many commingling of companies. After a long drive, I needed a beer. I did not want an IPA, but I was not willing to spend $17 on the local lager. So, I settled for the Four Peaks, as we will be going to Arizona next week and hopefully visit the brewery! We additionally got some orange juice. Atmosphere - Nice large locations. Very convenient to the area we were staying in. Easy in and out. Plenty of Parking See pictures for some of their departments. Service - N/A, unless you count the huge disappointment of not being able to use the Safeway app to get my discount for the orange juice. Price - paid full price for convenience Owner Suggestion - I am sure you are already working on using the same app across all your brands. This will also save you $$ in the long run.

Why is this the only store in the area not requiring masks? They are allowing people without mask to spread germs all over the produce and other food's. It's time for people of Summerlin to start protesting outside of this store.

My fiancé and I had a very small backyard wedding, just 14 people. Wanted a very low key party. We ordered several trays from the deli and couldn't have been more impressed. The fruit and cheese platter was gorgeous and had the highest quality fruit I've ever seen. The sandwich platter and the wing platter were a hit with everyone. I ordered on line, it was ready when it was supposed to be and the price was great. Thank you Albertsons for your help with our perfect and stress-free wedding/party

The pharmacy here is a pain in the a*** Any new script from my insurance has them has them flustered. They can't seem to find any generic that my insurance covers and they keep taking the easy way out and put your prescription on the good RX card. I end up paying more this way. I have to do all the running to the insurance company getting the generic name and having them fill it. I thought that was my pharmacist's job. I am going to another pharmacy.

Shame on you Albertsons letting people in and letting buy at your store without masks!!!! EVERYONE should wear a mask! Thanks to people refusing to get vaccinated we all have to wear a mask! People with underline condition such as myself have to be out in fear of getting infected by these irresponsable individuals. You should enforce the mandate to protect people like me. You won't get my business until you require ALL customers to wear a mask.

Been coming to this store for 4 years now. It's a great store, stocks a lot of variety (and tons of organic options) and many of the front cashiers are super nice and the staff on the floor always helps me find what I'm looking for. Especially the guys in produce. See the same employees year over year - that tells me they are proud to work there - it's nice. One of the cleanest Albertsons as well. Should have posted this review 2 years ago, but never think of rating a grocery store!

Over three years of minimal shopping experiences. Why??....because Sprouts, Costco and Trader Joe's have better choices and prices. So let's focus on the pandemic (yes it's in every country not just here) of over a year. The staff outside the entrance door will mostly have their mask off, doesn't do a complete job of decontaminating carts....will be on their phones chatting with each other. Last week, I needed two items, saw the management team (about 8-10) talking near the front doors. They had masks on. Their employees standing near the door did not. The second item I needed I couldn't find. Capers...I was making a fish pasta dish later. I asked an employee, excuse me, where can I find the Capers. The employee said, "I don't know." He walked away. I'm not making this up. I truly believe Vegas attracts retired people (we are), sports (current and retired paid their dues) and quite a few people who just couldn't make it anywhere else. Customer service, respect, kindness and professionalism is lacking from so many various businesses here. Parking lot.....sketchy. Many drive thru (not even close to stopping) the stop sign....many look annoyed at people in the crosswalk (I'm only talking from what I've seen happen to others), drive fast, out of state plates with sketchy people. At least three times I've seen people walk the lot and check locked/unlocked cars. Oh, during the pandemic....it's necessary to wear a mask but no one wears gloves or uses a paper towel on the Chevron gas station pumps. Lol. The vegetables in Albertsons are often near or expired, molding etc. Enjoy
