Be aware !I carry banfield insurance for the past 3-4 years and every time I go to this location they find aways to take more money from me.Took my dog for a simple ear infection and the front office personal demanded to have a ear swipe sent to a laboratory for extra charge .When I told her that I wanna see a doctor they refuse to have the doctor meet me and refused to provide me with their services .Even though I had an appointment set up with the doctor.I will meet with my attorney tomorrow and find out my options to file a lawsuit against this Banfield location.By the way every doctor out of medicine school can determine a ear infection by looking at the inner condition of ears dog.Be aware of this particular location!

Otr's.. overnight parking.. There is parking across the street behind 7/11 and In and Out Burger for roughly five to six trucks. If you get in early you'll get out early. Staff was fast and friendly
