The service here is great. The employees do an excellent job of trying to accommodate you with what you're looking for or questions to answers you might have. Very down to earth and fun place to browse an purchase things you may not find at other gaming stores.

This is a really cool treasure trove of a store! It's a blast just walking around in here, especially if you grew up through the different generations of gaming. They carry a huge selection of products here, such as: older gaming consoles and accessories, games, comics, plushes, anime, figurines, D & D books, and Loungefly, to name just a few. Prices are as to be expected for highly valued rare items, but from the prices I saw, I was also amazed at the quality and care that was taken to preserve each item. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Great place to visit if you're into collecting or missing those fun, good old games.

HORRIBLE customer service! DO NOT COME HERE! They're not honest, their manager is extremely unprofessional. I came in for an exchange of an UNOPENED game. To exchange for store credit so I can get another game since I had changed my mind. I got attitude right off the bat by the "manager" a bald middle aged man, when I asked for the change for store credit he said "we are not a rental service" with extreme attitude and a nasty face. Their manager was the only one who had such a problem with the exchange, he needs some serious training on customer service. When I asked for the managers name he told me not to worry about it and didn't want to give me his name because he knew he did wrong. Also their prices are crazy. Go to retro city games at Town Square, definitely more affordable everyone is super helpful and very professional. Do not go here, it's not worth it. Do better Wii play games.

Customer service was good. Employees are nice, however the prices they are asking for for video games are out of this world.Asking for almost double the value you see on eBay. If I wanted to buy on eBay, I'd go buy on eBay, don't go checking that website right in front of me.Don't buy video games here.

Amazing place! The staff we're very helpful and there was so much stuff to look at. While some stuff was a bit overpriced, most of the things I saw and bought here were pretty understandably priced. Would definitely go here again next time we're in Vegas!

Every time I head into wii play west, I find exactly what I need. The staff are very knowledgeable and completely willing to explain anything you may need help with. I had a playstation I needed all of the cabling for. They checked it over and then set me up for greatness. I also go to them for my mtg needs, but I have been told that east has a better mtg set up.

Bought paper mario but it turned out to be a repo version when it wasn't advertised as one and paid the price as if it was the orginal cartridge. Pay close attention when buying the older games and know the difference of repo and original cartridges because they won't tell you

They have so much to see. It's like a comic and game convention every day of the week. Separate parts of the store include board games, video games, trading cards, and toys/memorabilia/gashapon. Awesome staff and awesome store.

This a great shop for old school video games, and other game paraphernalia; board games, action figures, stuffed animals and much more. The selection of games is pretty good and is constantly rotating. They have an online inventory that lets you check what’s in store, book it and pick it up. They do not ship products to your house. They apparently tried this, but too many folks were returning items. They unfortunately also do not order games for you either for the same reason. I get why. We have bought from here a few times and have been very happy. We wanted to return a game that we bought that wasn’t what we thought; the staff explained that they don’t normally allow this but would make an exception which we appreciated. Make sure the games you get are what you want for this reason. They do except returns up to seven days if the games have a defect which is good. Will return again!

They don’t seem to respond to reviews so I doubt they will see this but if you are disabled DO NOT visit this store.Their aisles are not wheelchair accessible if you are an independent wheelchair user. Luckily I had my partner there to help push me and help with tight spots but we still got stuck or had to avoid entire parts of the store.I’m incredibly disappointed and not just with the accessibility. I’d heard such good things about this store but inside it is dingy. The atmosphere is stagnant and terrible. None of the service workers show you kindness or greet you when you come in.The products they display are overpriced or fakes. The vibe was very much fake designer at a swap meet. I mean they literally do admit to selling fake copies of Pokémon games as reproductions so that right there should tell you all you need to know about their business practices.I bought what I had in my hands and left halfway through the trip because I was tired of trying to navigate the store and I’m not rude enough to make an employee put back every tiny thing since they were items I wanted. I do regret spending my money thought and they set off a fraud alert on my credit card which leads me to believe fraud is consistent at their store. The icing on the cake was when we were trying to leave. The white female with black hair at the front who helped us check out watched, slack-jawed and drooling, as we struggled to exit their door that was almost too small for my wheelchair. She was standing and appears to have a working heart and working legs. It’s good customer service and common courtesy to open the door for a customer leaving your store if they are disabled.I cannot stress enough how much you should not spend your money here. Support Retro City Games instead.
