This is an awesome company to work for with one of the best call center facilities I have ever seen. No wheel of death food (if you have used one you know what I mean). Good coffee, tea, and healthy beverages. Great, friendly teammates. And, extremely sanitary conditions.

Do not work for this company they lie to you. They do everything they can to stop you from getting benefits. They have a very high turn over.

Williams Sonoma has no care for their employees or potential employees. They lack care and getting someone to take your concerns seriously is a long shot. And as for being a customer, that won't happen ever again. Very disappointed they allow their trainers to talk down to people and that be ok! We are still people and your former customers! Never work for this company!!

Very professional business. Would be a great place to work with the benefits they offer. But the training is tough.

I truly enjoy working here. The benefits are great, from paid time off to the EAP. The computers are upgraded frequently enough, the break room gets restocked, the bathrooms are consistently cleaned. And I've made close connections with co-workers. It is a very nice work experience.
