I love shopping here. I have to say a majority of the time I encounter employees who are professional and friendly. This last visit, I had a cashier who acted like he didn't want to be there. No greeting, sour look on his face and made no effort to answer my questions. Not sure who in management thought this guy should be dealing directly with the customers. Maybe he should be in the back areas, where he has as little contact with shoppers. Big disappointment.

I truly love Winco. Being open 24 hours is great, amazing deals and prices plus their produce and meats are always fresh. My problems is that it attracts a lot of trashy people from I’m guessing north town, and don’t go here from like 12am to about 3:30am because you’ll be waiting a long time to check out.

Here are the pros: Groceries at Winco are cheaper than other big-name chain grocery stores, by far. So, this is my usual place to shop for goods. In addition to saving money here, this is the only grocery store (that I know of) which is open 24/7. Winco also offers foods that you can measure by weight from bins. (Raisins, pine nuts, candies, etc.) The cons: It seems common to find people hanging out in their cars at Winco. Is it unusual to linger out in the parking lot in your car? That depends. When it becomes the sort of thing which ends up being typical behavior, then “yes, it is unusual.” Outside, there’s always a slew of rogue shopping carts rolling around to-and-fro. It’s a 99% guarantee. I wish they’d round up the carts more frequently. There’s a good chance that you’ll encounter panhandlers out here, too. Inside the store, it feels safe. I shop late, so there’s always personnel buzzing around on forklifts, and the aisles are jammed up with people stocking the shelves. Sometimes, I feel like I’m in their way. The cashiers are never too friendly, either. More often than not, they seem quite miserable. But, I’ll admit that enthusiastic cashiers really aren’t the most important thing about visiting a grocery store. When I compare the pros to the cons, I’d say it’s worth it to shop at Winco, instead of Smiths, Vons or Albertsons. Low prices and convenience is more valuable than grumpy workers and sketchy parking lots, for sure.

? Awesome as always I always pick - up a few things when I cash my check their everyone is so nice and Im a regular there so they know what I need or want assistance with when Im there. I get along well with Ms Liz , Kenya the customer service clerk she always does a great job for me (low key I cant spell her name but I believe she knows who she is) Its Shawauna Im sorry if I spelled it wrong.

I got to download 12.30 AM on 10/4/2023 excellent staff, my glasses were left inside the trailer ?, very important for my work, they cost me 250 dollars, the man who unloaded returned them to me, excellent person in this place What honesty

Love this place. I am retired military but would rather do my grocery shopping here than at the Commissary on the Air Force Base. Just as an FYI, the prices are about the same. The staff are very friendly and more than willing to help you.
