Awful customer service from an associate. She had no information on her store's "policies" and continued to just say "it's policy, it's policy, it's policy" over and over again. We also asked an associate for a dress that was on a mannequin, and they said they no longer had it--but several minutes later, discovered that they did in fact have it, after they actually LOOKED. They also had security tags in really inconvenient places, so trying on outfits and clothing was more difficult than it should have been. I typically love Windsor, but would never enter this store again, because the girl we spoke with had absolutely no brain or concept of proper customer service. Skip this one-shop at Windsor at literally any other location.

Worst customer service ever! Girls standing around like they don’t see the obvious customers needing assistance. You could up sale more if you spoke to your customers instead of looking around so stuck up fixing the fixtures slamming hangers being passive aggressive like you just want people out of your store! Wait forever just to get help or go in a dressing room or shoes or anything. Thee worst. Hire better sales people!

Came in and asked about plus size dresses. The people working were really dismissive and they told me that they didn’t carry it in store and if they had any, it would just be scattered about. The people who worked there were not really accessible for help or questions, which I did have. I was trying to shop for a night out dress for a friends birthday coming up, but left without getting anything. No one really offered to help me and I just didn’t feel welcomed in general compared to other stores I went to. The customer service was kinda disappointing but I’ll probably stick to the downtown summerlin location if I go at all. It’s really unfortunate that certain stores treat people like this

Julianne was incredible! I came in looking for a few pieces and she was quick to assist me with a fitting room, check on me, and help me at cash wrap. I really appreciate her service and would return just for her!

Don't be deceived by the "40% off" they place on racks that aren't even on sale. Manager was rude and said "it's for the swimsuits" then why is your 40% off on top of non swimsuit wear. I mentioned to her that's it's quite deceiving and should be removed. You're fooling your customers.

i went dress shopping at this location and was struggling to decide what to pick out. thankfully there were two workers (one was nayeli) who helped me out whether i needed to adjust the straps or to find a dress in a different color. they were very nice to me despite not many workers. at the end of the day i found a dress and was satisfied with my experience there
