I just left the store and we were “helped”by Marisol we were waiting for a fitting room and a big party of kids came in and cut in front of us and the lady didn’t say anything and told us that we had to get in line very rudely when we were there first and didn’t even acknowledge us, she was not very welcoming she should learn costumer service.

Customer service here is not great. Seems like a growing trend with retail workers. I had so many dresses in my hand and NOONE asked if I wanted a fitting room started. I have the employees walk past me SEVERAL times. No one offered. That right there is pretty rude. Also a shirt I had was missing a tag and the employee told me to go find the shirt with a tag. Excuse me? I don’t work here you do. Why don’t you go find the shirt with the tag?

Store has nice clothing selection, clean & organized… the deal breaker here is both of the female employees including the “manager” have the worst costumer service! Both gave me an attitude for asking price on a item without tag & the other one was bothered to open the fitting room since i “interrupted” her time of doing absolutely nothing just being on her phone, due to the poor costumer service of this employees i will not visit this store again.
