Nellie or how ever you spell her name was very professional very courteous and got the job done a new battery and a new screen on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’ll buy herself with customers, but she still got me knocked out but reasonable time with good attitude.

If I could get his place zero stars I would don't take your phone there. There's some crooks they don't know what they're doing. Go to iphone doctor off of rancho. They work wonders. They get all these people's customers cuz these people have no sense of customer service and don't know what they're doing. Wasted 3 days in my time. Don't go there

do your self a favor and find a better place to get your devices fixed. you couldn't pay me to take another device to them they don't honor their warranty on the receipt. not even if you take the problem back to them the same day they screwed it up. and girl in front very disrespectful and unprofessional and it was their fault. they ruined a new phone that only needed a screen repair. do your self a favor a fo somewhere else that can actually fix your phone not make it worse. waste of my time and money and they are total cons and rip off artists..

Went in to try and save my old phone. It was going to be too expensive, so the staff gave me some good recommendations and advice. Friendly and honest.
