Winnie was great at giving me details and options. Even with the store being very busy. Winnie answered all my questions and politely welcomed each person who entered. (Even those who were not nice to wait their turn like I had to)

I came to look at rings a week ago just to look at what kind of shapes I like. Met Jacob and he was very funny, very patient and straight to the point! Brought my bf in a week later and we ended up getting a ring!! I definitely recommend going to Jacob!!!

I really needed an engagement ring. Started my search online but really wanted to see some in person. I was with my son walking around the downtown Summerlin area then we saw a Zales. I was curious, walked in, and Tony greeted us. Tony was great from beginning to end. I told him what I really wanted and he gave me plenty of options and Help me narrow down a ring. When the ring was ready to be picked up it was beautiful and better than I expected. Customer service goes along way with me, and Tony was by far an excellent sales person, but really helped me and made the process very easy. He gave me the best service I probably have ever had. Tony is the store manager there in downtown Summerlin. He and his team are very professional. I would highly recommend someone looking for a ring or jewelry to check his store out. If I ever need anything from Zales, I’ll definitely be back to talk to Tony.

I purchased a necklace for my husband in October. He took it out of the box and the small gold ring broke. We do not live close to a Zales so today was his first opportunity to get it fixed and the two rude ladies said it was out of warranty. We took it to an independent jeweler who fixed it in under two minutes. Zales has definitely lost our business.

My fiancé and I visited Zales at the downtown summerlin location and we had the best experience! With our wedding coming up so close they were very accommodating and even helped us pick our wedding bands. Special thank you to Winnie and Jacob for being so attentive and helping us find our forever rings that we both love. The are plenty of choices for everyone, the hardest part is picking one! Winnie helped us with resizing and offered to clean my engagement ring before our wedding. We are so happy we came to Zales and are looking forward to picking up our rings!

Downtown Summerlin Zale's Jewelers has come through with flying colors! I took my ring for its semi-annual check and had it sent out to be polished. A huge shout out to the master craftsman who worked on polishing and re-rhodoliting my ring. Although I have always enjoyed wearing my ring, I can truly say I have never been more proud to wear this piece of art! The rhodolite (white gold) has never looked so classy! This was totally worth the wait of sending it out. Also, a shout out to Yoli, the sales associate who helped me. To say she helped me is an understatement. THANK YOU, ZALES!!!!
