I hate that I have to even give 1 star!!! There should be a 0 option!! Completely rude, condescending, and starts the cab ride at over $5 before you even get in the car. Cab smelled absolutely horrible. Smelled like a dead body in the trunk. If in Laughlin, make sure you are at the hotel you need to be at before the water taxi ends. Do NOT get a taxi. Worst experience ever. Thought I was going to be sick during entire ride due to smell.

My husband called a cab and they were taking awhile. I tried to call back just to ask how long it would take for them to arrive and to inform them that we had 5 people. The man who answered kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me get a word in edge wise. Then when the cab got to our location he was extremely disrespectful and the entire drive was incredibly awkward.Driver: Roger gongora 105671 vehicle 4248

Booked a cab to pick me up at a casino. Cab took 45m to arrive , then picked up random folks and took off. Called back, and company basically said “tough luck”. Probably going to miss my appointment.

Absolutely the worst cab company in Laughlin not only are they rude but absolutely horrible I do not recommend them to anybody I encourage corporate or the company owner to reach out to me

Unfortunately my husband and I got into a cab at the Riverside Resort in Laughlin going to Bullhead City and our driver was rude, condescending and made us very uncomfortable. I will never use this cab company in the future.
