Drove in from Kingman, just to find the Buffet was closed..Definitely Disappointed. Usually we would stay..but we didn't feel like walking around. Hit and Miss.

Our room looked like it was furnished in the early 90s. Our shower drain did not function. The comforter had stains all over it. We were not impressed.

Prime rib restaurant has very good food but the buffet food is terrible. Consistently terrible the last 4 visits. Won't be going back.

Food and drinks: Hung out in the Loser Lounge for Sunday night football, Cowboys vs 49ers. Great set up they had for the game. Bartender was awesome and made the best Bloody Mary. Beers were cold but do need to get Miller Lite bottles ?.
The next night I sat at the North side bar and he was also was also very friendly. He was also helpful when I had a problem with my machine.

Stayed at the RV Resort, stayed for the 1st Bullhead Ciry Balloon Festival. The festival was a huge disappointment. Didn't make a difference what time of day we went not one balloon in sight. A handful of vendors and over priced food trucks

This place is run down. They wouldn't honor my coupon because they said the system was down. I asked if they could comp me in some other way. They said no we can't help that the system is down. The fitness center is a big zero too.
Food and drinks: Ate at two establishments the food was fair.

The only good thing I can say is that parking was easy to find a spot near the entrance. Inside the casino the aisles between slots were so cramped I had to constantly stand to the side to let another person pass, everyone in my group commented that the air quality in the casino was the worst of any casino there, waitresses sounded like they hated their job and were uninterested in taking any drink orders, but the worst problem was they didn't have any of our favorite slot machines. Some friends of ours had recommended this as their favorite casino but they must have been drunk because we totally disagree.
