Harrah's Laughlin Hotel & Casino offers a welcoming atmosphere with a variety of gaming options including slot machines, table games, and Bingo. Visitors appreciate the well-spaced slot machines and better air quality compared to other casinos, although smoking restrictions could improve the experience. Many guests enjoy playing slots like Dragon Link, though some miss their favorite machines. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, with standout service from employees like Ana, who provides thorough explanations and excellent customer care, making guests feel valued. The resort's rooms are basic and a bit dated, but they serve well for the price. Nearby activities such as beach visits, boat rentals, and JetSkis add to the appeal. Food experiences vary; lunch at Smashburger is praised, while a VIP dinner received negative reviews due to poor food quality. The water taxi offers easy access around the area. Guests often mention the friendly staff, good service, and the comfortable, lively environment that makes Harrah's a popular destination. Despite some issues like outdated decor and occasional service hiccups, visitors frequently plan to return, enjoying the fun and relaxing atmosphere that Laughlin provides, especially for those seeking a more laid-back alternative to Vegas.
Terrible experience checking in Very very slow We paid for a river view instead they gave us a side view not what we paid for Also beware of the people that work at the restaurant. They are super rude. They could care less what you need. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommended to anyone.

Everything was great except drink service you can't get premium drinks unless you're a diamond plus card holder which is outrageous

Nice personal. I have no idea how this places rather squeeze your wallet and charge more than $150 per day to rent shade at the river and on top of that, you are not allowed to bring your own beach umbrella, they rather have all the spots empty than prize them reasonably. Not coming hear again.
