This was one of the rudest experiences at a fast food establishment we’ve ever dealt with. This lady does not want to be there. Everything I asked about ordering they were out of and her answers were so rude I just finally said…”what do you have.” This is a drill sergeant working there. We will never be back and will dissuade anyone from going.

Not worth it. My Fiance and I went to go get smoothies just now and they refused too make smoothies and had 2 flavors availableChocolate and Vanilla yogurt..So we left and probably WILL not come back.

They were out of kale and spinach and we were told the manger doesn't order these items. We were also told they don't sell the fresh pressed juices because no one knows how when they are on their menu. I have cancer and sometimes this is all I can handle and couldn't even get thatDietary restrictions: Order the ingredients you need for your menu.

Went there today to get a $14 large drink. I asked to have just mango, blueberries, pineapple only. She looks at me confused for 4 seconds. And says "that is extra." NOPE I just left. No drink no $3 tip I always give. ?♂️

Selection very limited, the frozen yogurt was more like soft serve ice cream. I had a smoothie which was ok. The one employee was so obvious they didn't want to be there, didn't greet us and seemed as if they were bothered by our presence.

The best thing about this place is the customer service Philippe gave us. It was late, and he still gave us over the top service. He even made my fruity parfait the way I wanted. I was disappointed that it was soft serve ice cream and not frozen yoghurt. It still did the job. Poor guy working both red mango and Cinnabon

If you order an acai bowl you can expect to get diarrhea. This place is awful.

This place is so so. Ordered the açaí with peanut butter, blueberries and bananas. The açaí blend was like water. I don't think the peanut butter was blended in it like they said. All that was on top was blueberry, peanut butter and bananas. It was hard to stir the peanut butter in. It just got everywhere. A bit pricey for a small bowl.

The lady taking the order wasn't rude but very off putting it was 2 o'clock and she said the only thing she's selling is yogurt meaning no shakes or any other thing on menu, the topping we're not labeled and hard to see so asking for things that weren't in stock she just gave an odd look I won't go here again just a strange encounter

UPDATE: I had the best experience tonight. Anthony was the excellent with service.I would give him individually 5⭐️‘sEvery time I come to the Harrahs, they never have the right toppings and/or the right ingredients to make what we order off the menu. This has gone on for a couple of years. Harrahs should replace them with a better company.

My first experience with the Red Mango inside the Riverside Resort in Laughlin NV. was horrible. I went back a second time on my next trip where the employee was missing in action and then very rude to me when she finally arrived. I called corporate office regarding this. I was told the owner would be interested but to this day I have not heard from the owner.Six weeks ago I went back in to order an Acai bowl and was told no because they were too close to closing. It was not yet 9:00PM. I asked the worker if the owner is going to be happy if she / he knew the employees are turning people away. He responded with a simple answer of no, but yet he still refused to make me my treat. I walked away in disgust. Well I went back in there last night at 8:30PM and asked for an acai bowl and again was told no by a female worker. I asked her the same question about would the owner be happy if she is turning a valid paying customer away. She told me she doesn't know but that is always how she has done it.I called corporate office this morning at 11:20AM, which is 1:20PM in Texas and only got a notice to leave a message. I am very much wanting the owner of this business to let me know why I have tried to patronize the business, but have yet to have an experience that would make me want to go to back. When I went there last night I was really wanting to have an acai bowl. This is very disheartening. Does the owner not care that the employees are turning people away? I spend a lot of time in the Riverside Resort in Laughlin and have not seen lines flowing out of this establishment at any time. Could this be from horrible customer satisfaction? I really want to give this a better review but how can I encourage anyone to go to this place in light of four bad experiences.I also tried to call the location at Harrah's up the street since I was told the same person owns both locations, but they did not even care enough to answer the phone when the website says they are open right now. If I treated my customers this way I would go out of business.
