About Tropicana Laughlin - A Caesars Rewards Destination
Tropicana Laughlin offers a friendly and attentive staff, with many guests describing the front desk personnel as top notch. The casino is considered by some to be the best on the river. However, experiences with other staff members can vary, with reports of a rude cashier. The rooms receive mixed reviews, described as comfortable but sometimes small, in need of an upgrade, and occasionally not properly cleaned. Issues with amenities like missing towels, no mini fridge, and problematic elevators or air conditioning are noted. Despite some shortcomings, many guests had a perfect or awesome stay and plan to return.
I was here frequently in the first half of 2026, and while it's definitely seen better days (bring back the train!), it gets the job done for the price. The express buffet on the weekends is a bit of a disappointment, but the staff I've interacted with around the property have all been friendly and helpful.

Went to Carnegie for breakfast waited to get waited on. Then people who came 10 minutes after us got their food before us! We sat for 15min and still no food! Bad service. Stayed 1 night. Found a cockroach in my room. Not staying hete again.
