When my mom and I walked in the two ladies at the front desk were having a conversation and had us wait till they were done even though we were the only ones in there. I asked about a package being sent there and treated both of us weirdly. I never review anything but I think someone nicer should be working the front desks.

The woman in there needs to be fired or retired. I’ve never been treated so rudely. I’m a disabled gulf war veteran and whenever I’m treated with such rudeness and disrespect it makes me wonder why I ever put on the uniform. She lied to my face and was argumentative. I don’t know where to get my mail because I just moved to Laughlin. There are no mailboxes in this neighborhood. I was in such shock to be treated so badly I left without asking about my mail. As a disabled veteran I get my medications through the VA. How am I supposed to get my medications?? People like that horrible woman think they’re so much more important than the customers packing the post office because she is so slow and mean. Fire her.

A wonderful USPS. The clerks are very professional and friendly. They always have a smile when you walk in. I drop off packages almost everyday for business and feel very secure that they are handled with care. I make a longer drive just to go to this USPS.

I have always had great friendly service here. Normally there are 1 or 2 people ahead of me, but I am usually out within 5 minutes. I went in 1 time because my key was not going into the mailbox without a problem... they told me to be at the mailbox in 10 minutes..I was, and Frankie met me there and replaced the lock for me... Normally you would not think of the Post Office giving First Class (pun intended)... But they do. thank you Laughlin PO!

FYI Laughlin!!! Shady stuff going on with outgoing mail!!! If you ship a package express 2 day they will lose it, and say Las Vegas lost it!!! Then try to get your money back just for shipping, 13 days and they never found the package! They think it got lost in Atlanta??? It was going to L.A.!!! So I got beat for $150.00 that’s a cheap lesson, I now go to Bullhead City, Fex Ex, UPS, right across from Safeway and they are less expensive!!! You should be ashamed of yourself from stealing from a customer, you know I know you did it!!! Yes I am the one who contributes to your Christmas Party Fund!!

Ooohh OUTSTANDING service by Ryan & Kimberly greeted us right away when entering. The parking lot was empty when we entered 10:55 am and had 4 cars when we exited 25 minutes later. Ryan took us through the passport procedures and communicated these tips for Passport Applicants:1. Schedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior.2. Make copies of your driver's license, birth certificate, marriage license, or any other official documents.3. Sign one check to "Postmaster" and the other to "Department of State"It was quick service and the passport process was 15 minutes max. Ryan definitely was an angel in disguise.#FirstTime in #Laughlin

I haven’t seen the American Flag up on the flag pole at post office for weeks now..that must be a reflection of the postmaster.

This is the 3rd year in a row now that we have not received our mail at Christmas time! In fact haven’t received not one piece of mail in the last 9 months or so??? How difficult is it to read a suite number vs a store number?? 2 years ago I complained and the manager came out to the location and wrote our suite number in big numbers hoping that would help?? Nope still can’t figure it out!!!! Very disturbing and I now have to let my coworkers down yet again 3 years and running….. not HAPPY!!!!! ???

All workers are very friendly & fast, I come in somewhat frequently since I have a PO Box & I ship packages out for my small business occasionally & they’ve recognized me as a regular and greet me every time always asking how my day is which is great!
