Horrible service here. They refused to release the tires to me because my name is not on the receipt even after I showed them proof of receipt and had my friend call them and confirm and approve for me to pick them up.

I’m partially to blame. I should’ve chose the option to pick them up. But your warehouse on the East Coast is an hour away from me. And, this time I did not fully have the time nor felt like driving out that way. So I said I’ll just have them shipped to the installer. Out of Nevada not CT they come. You’ve always been my goto for probably 20 years. No matter how the tires are acquired, I’ve never had an issue. But, FedEx has been horrible lately with their estimates with just about everything I’ve ordered from a vendor. Not knowing they use FedEx. I will stop giving you business if they’re your dsp of choice. Tires were supposed to arrive yesterday. Now today, it says by end of day. It’ll either be when shops are closed, or tomorrow. That’ll be two days, a loss of income. Lesson learned!

Awesome place. I pick up tires from tire rack on a regular basis and the dock workers are always friendly.
