This Ace Hardware Is The Perfect Definition Of Price Gouging At It's BEST... Total Greed.. $ 24.99 Vs. $ 14.24 ( Example Pictured ) What This Tells Me Is The Owner Orders In Bulk From Amazon, Or Other Whole Sale Companies, And Passes Along A $ 10.00 Service Charge To It's Customers.... I'm All For Someone Making A Profit.. Taking Advantage Is A Different Story.. This Is The Only Hardware Store In Mesquite And Mr. Ace Hardware Knows It. Hoping A Lowes / Home Depot Is In The Crystal Ball Real Soon.. The Positive Is The Employees & Staff.

You go to Home Depot or Lowe's and you spend more time looking for someone to help you... Then they can't think straight so they have to look at their lil hand held computers to find it and no one knows much. Here at this Ace ... everyone is eager to help you. They have cheery employees inside and all around the store. The cashiers are sweet. The men in the back with lumber and bricks etc are BOMB. They load your vehicle out in the yard. Even if you buy something large or heavy inside, they walk it out without even asking. They just do. This is the kind of place you want to work at. Where everyone just does their job. They are obviously happy and have a great crew... Yes you may spend a few extra cents but it's well worth supporting our local hardware store.

I will give the store three but there is a cashier there that just runs around like crazy everywhere in the store. She's my favorite person. I wish you work for me so I gave the store at five.

Well, it's a local hardware store. Small. Aside from the lovely and helpful cashier, no customer service to speak of. I saw many people with puzzled looks just waiting around. I've had good experience here before. My be they were having an off day.

love going to this store the ladies are great, they always have a smile and are real friendly, now if you lady's could rub off on the guys some the store would be fantastic.
