No restroom for customers. Not a good place for a pit stop. It's obvious the restrooms work and they are closed because the staff does not wish to upkeep them. 2 restrooms blocked by wet floor signage and a sign stating out of order. When we asked if both were out of order the cashier in plain clothes nodded yes.

My credit card got stuck in the machine. I apprehensively left it to go inside and get help and the employee said they did not have a key so he used pliers. I said don’t damage my card and when he pulled it out the plastic ripped off the corner (it’s a metal credit card). Not a professional way to handle the matter, I’ve never experienced anything like that at a gas station and he told me not to put credit cards in the machine, that I should have paid inside. That’s not why they accept credit cards at outside machines…

Most of the people working are friendly and helpful. Just avoid the older man who is there occasionally. He seems grumpy when I am there. I love the fountain sodas. I Wish they would bring back the diet Peachy Keen Monster drink.

I would be weary about going into the Arco on Sandhill and Old Mill. Sam and his partner (the 2 owners ??) is again on the war path with his and hers... outrageous behavior. I have witnessed screaming at customers, yesterday hollering at them, and chasing them out of the building. I don't know what's wrong there. Just be careful if you go into the Arco. This am/pm Arco has been in our town for quite some time now.

Avoid at all costs. Went in to use the bathroom and maybe get some chips, as I was leaving cashier said bathroom was for customers only. I informed him I was a customer, but they didn’t have the chips I wanted. He proceeded to flip me off and start yelling profanities. Bathroom was disgusting, should have peed on the floor.
