“I am financing an RV loan through America first. After two phone calls, and talking to six people over the last 24 hours, I finally decided to go into the Mesquite branch and talk to Amy White. In less than 10 minutes, she was able to answer all my questions solve any problems that I had and make sure that the loan paperwork was complete before I continued with the process. I’ve had Amy‘s help in the past, and every time I talk to her, she is friendly, organized, and always willing to answer any question before I leave the branch. The reason that I bank at America First is because I can walk in to the branch in Mesquite and talk to people like Amy White”

“First let me start with, If I can give out 10 stars I would. I had an issue that was handled by Denise it took a few minutes. I also had to sign some doc for the grand kids and Denise made it so easy. Everything was ready and the process took maybe 10 min. Denise the branch manager could teach the importance of customer service. I cannot say enough how pleasant of an experience it was.”

“Well if this isn't a pretty picure. Nevada bank and trust has a brand new home here in Mesquite Nevada. Its on the corner of sandhill and mesquite blvd. They know your name when you walk in the door. ? The old location on mesquite boulevard is now Danielle's chocolates ? ? and popcorn ?”

“Okay, so let me address a few issues; I know a lot have complained about the speed of service and I know there are a few (ONLY A FEW) new employees there that are a bit slow (on a few different scales). But the management and senior staff are EXTREMELY well trained and accommodating. A lot more than most other wells Fargo branches. If some something is at an issue, if you need help to sort out something complicated, the serior staff will, almost always, pull though and make accommodations for you. Unlike most other Wells Fargo branches, so please don't put down the senior staff or service overall. There are a few new entry level employees who have issues and may seem incompetent but that is with ALL businesses in Nevada (a problem outside the scope of this review). So please don't think this is a slow branch, it does get crowded at times and maybe some of the staff aren't the brightest but this is a very personable branch that's far more capable and willing to help you than those in Vegas or elsewhere.”
