“Okay, so let me address a few issues; I know a lot have complained about the speed of service and I know there are a few (ONLY A FEW) new employees there that are a bit slow (on a few different scales).But the management and senior staff are EXTREMELY well trained and accommodating.A lot more than most other wells Fargo branches. If some something is at an issue, if you need help to sort out something complicated, the serior staff will, almost always, pull though and make accommodations for you.Unlike most other Wells Fargo branches, so please don't put down the senior staff or service overall.There are a few new entry level employees who have issues and may seem incompetent but that is with ALL businesses in Nevada (a problem outside the scope of this review).So please don't think this is a slow branch, it does get crowded at times and maybe some of the staff aren't the brightest but this is a very personable branch that's far more capable and willing to help you than those in Vegas or elsewhere.”

“So glad we ended at WaFd! After going to every bank in Mesquite and being told, they were too busy to see us we ended up here and we got excellent service from Heidi. Got the personal touch and we couldn’t be happier. Such a friendly professional place!”
