Purchased a Purple Mattress. Selected the mattress with manager. Pointed it out. On sale? She confirmed price with someone on phone. Paid for it at their price. Two days later they deliver the wrong mattress. Stuck with it four days. When we reported foul up at store, they charged us $300 more for the correct mattress we bought. Fought them on that. They refunded the $300. During the time we were negotiating the first purchase, manager was on phone taking an oral interview for a new job! Terrible experience!

Sales personnel were very personable. Knowledgeable and down right delightful.I was extremely impressed by fact they listened to my needs and were able to provide solutions.The care taken to confirm my understanding of, paper work involved, delivery process and such was terrific.I look forward to doing business in future!5 star rating and Beyond as far as I'm concerned!

I worked with Terry in the Mesquite, NV store and he was great. I had previous experience selling mattresses at BLVD and Terry hit it out of the park with meeting my needs, pricing and ensuring I was 100% satisfied with my choices. The delivery experience was excellent too and I now have my gorgeous Beautyrest Black mattress, adjustable base and amazing pillows that come with lavender CBD spray! This was the best price of anyone!

Kristine was great! She was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses that her store carries. We explained what we were looking for and what some of our back issues were and then she recommended three different beds for us. Gave us a rundown on the pros and cons, and was never once pushy or unprofessional. Thank you Christine for your professionalism and your guidance to help make our decision. We look forward to our bed being delivered on Tuesday.
