I brought my car in for a Brake Fluid Flush. They had my car done in a reasonable amount of time & the cost was very reasonable! Employees were very friendly & excellent customer service!!! I’ll be going back again!!!

I guess they did their job, but it's small and dirty. It was fast and friendly service. They got to work right away and had my radiator hose replaced in one hour flat. Plus refilled coolant. $250. Call first and ask if they are busy.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mesquite Auto Service, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish! From the moment I stepped into the shop their staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle.
They provided a thorough inspection and explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood what needed to be done. I appreciated their honesty and transparency regarding the costs. The turnaround time was impressive, and my car was ready sooner than I expected.
The mechanics clearly know their stuff, and it’s evident that they take pride in their work.

I was driving home a recently purchased 1964 Scout that is totally custom and these guys saved my butt!
I blew up the transfer case driving through Mesquite and they towed my vehicle to their shop, looked it over and explained exactly what parts were needed since it is a custom build, and we worked together to round everything up. They even offered to drive to Saint George to pick up a transfer case I found in classified ads.
I couldn’t be happier with how they handled my vehicle and all the information they shared through the process.

Paulino does not care about his customers. We called for a tow which was 1 mile from his shop, his guys showed up hours later after his shop was closed to get it while my family of five had to wait in my car that didnt run. He then proceeded to leave my car in his lot for the next week and never bothered to look at it while my family of five people had to stay in a hotel waiting for news of my vehicle that he had no intention of fixing. This is the worst service I have ever had. This place deserves to have no customers. If you are from out of town and happen to break down near mesquite call Bell Tuning, they got my car running again in a matter of hours instead of letting it sit in their lot for a week. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I cannot believe this place never even bothered to look at my car and let my family be stranded in a hotel for a week for a job that could have been fixed in a couple hours.

This review is for the random person who breaks down around Mesquite. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE but here. My serpentine belt broke and the owner Paulino had the car for 6 days. Finally on day number 6 I got my car out of there and over to Bell Tuning. Bell Tuning got my car running back to normal after just a couple hours. Paulino knew my wife and kids were stranded and showed no urgency to get us moving. I wouldn't trust Paulino to put together a bicycle not to mention a car.

Friends car broke down in NV, failed serpentine belt. Instead of ordering the correct part. They pushed the service out for six days. It took one of the service techs to tell my friend the owner keeps pushing it back. So they had it taken to another place.

I was in an emergency, my car was leaking anti freezer they asked me to move to another parking because they had their cars getting fixed (the parking is huge and was almost empty), as we are from Mexico we needed a local number to get help from the roadside assistance, we asked the Mexican guy that worked there if he could lend us his phone and he would help us, he was very rude and non helpful, we took it to another mechanic and it was just a loose hose. The American guy was very helpful but didn’t got the diagnose right, the Mexican was just a complete j**** Also I see that they say every bad review is from the competition, this one is not, but you should definitely go with the other guys.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I called this location to ask some questions and schedule an appointment an hour before they were closing and the associate who answered just rushed me to get off the phone and told me to call tomorrow. I got zero help.

Called in, and whoever answered the phone picked it up with a mouth full of food and said something like \"yeah?\". If that is a professional as they can be answering the pone to a business, I have no interest in allowing them to touch my vehicle.
