Mesquite Fitness Club is an awesome old school gym with a welcoming atmosphere. It is well kept and clean, offering a wide variety of machines and fitness equipment. This includes free weights, dumbbells, racks, cardio machines, and lots of Hammer Strength. The gym has everything you need to get in shape, with plenty of equipment and lots of room. It provides 24/7 secure access for members at a price that won't break the bank, with options like a $25 monthly membership or affordable day passes. The owner is noted for being helpful. A minor downside is the lack of showers and occasional issues with the key reader.
You may find all kind of machine to exercise your body except arm bicycle.

Great to gym to visit! I was in mesquite for one day and they let me work work out for free. Very clean and had a great work out!

Over the road trucker here. Great place to workout, has everything you need to get a great workout in. $7 is what I paid for a day pass. Only down side is no showers but still five star gym.
