Best Price for the size and some are climate controlled. If you do get the top floor you have to take the stairs the lift is for your stuff only. Which is nice they have carts also to put your stuff on.

We have used this location for RV storage since December 2020 where we stored our first travel travel when moving to Mesquite. The trailer has since been sold and the new owner has maintained our storage space at this location. When we purchased our new RV, we were fortunate to obtain a space at this same location. We have been pleased with the pricing and customer service we have received. Recently new owners have taken over the property and so far our experience with the new staff has been very favorable. We look forward to the continued value and service from the new owners. We have other friends who use this facility and would recommended it to anyone considering it.

It takes a little practice to negotiate the large dip in the entrance without scraping the back of my RV. The dump station is not usable to me because the drain is located up on a slight incline and surrounded by cement blocks. To dump my RV I have to keep filling and lifting the dump hose. I still like the Mesquite Self Storage because of its location and cleanliness.

Iv been treated extremely well, love people who are human and go above and beyond to accommodate yr situation..been thru a few new management members and so far all have been lovely people..I absolutely appreciate my temperature controlled unit and its always been kept extremely clean and bugfree..and love that I can access it 24/7...Thankyou guys,

The customer service in the office is wonderful. The information phone line doesn’t know all the correct information so it made some of the sign up for the rental confusing for me. If the office and call line communicate on rules it’ll be a near flawless operation
