I have been customer at Pioneer storage for a few years now and I am beyond pleased with the experience I have had here! Pioneer storage is extremely well operated. The grounds are always clean and tidy and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Leah Pryor is phenomenal. She is always there for us whenever we need anything!

We just rented 1 RV space and 1 storage unit at Pioneer. We were pleasantly greeted by Leah. She was so easy to deal with and was super friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and explained how everything works. She showed us around the facility and made us feel very comfortable about storing our valuables at this location. All of the amenities at this location are incredible. All this in addition to dealing with Leah made it easy for us to switch from a location that we thought we were very happy with. I have to say that the location that we are moving from had a great staff as well. They just couldn’t come close to the added amenities. Thanks Leah, we look forward to dealing with you for many years to come.

Very cool setup for a storage facility! The options they offer is never seen up north! Staff is very friendly and helpful! The place is picked up organized and clean! Rates are very good considering; going back to the services located on the inside!

This is my first experience with a storage facility. Before I sold my business, I had been in business 55 years. Employees are the most important piece when it comes to a business. I can’t say enough good things about Leah.
She has been so helpful throughout this whole process, including answering many questions and taking all the time needed to be helpful. She is also a thoughtful and caring person. The two units that I am renting the floors were even washed!
The temperature inside the indoor storage units is perfect for protecting my valuables.
As you can see, I am more than pleased and so glad that I found Leah and Pioneer Storage in Mesquite.

I have had my MH stored there since they first opened. I love the wash station, dump station, propane fill, air for tires, restroom and clean up station. They also have dumpsters. The place is always kept clean. There is also power to keep battery’s charged.

Our storage unit has been cool, clean and easily accessible ever since we moved to Mesquite. It’s our “basement” that our house doesn’t have. The air compressor has been aging and unreliable just like me. But they are replacing it and I’ve asked for a good one to match the rest of the service. By far the best storage service we have used.
