Great internet service. I just wish they'd let us install the modem. We do it at home, after all.But no. We have to wait weeks for them to come do it.

Install showed up right on time, had me hooked up in 10 minutes. Internet is 100mbs for $58. So far so good.

I am updating a post that I posted 9 years ago. I did have a terrible experience with their Internet Service back then. Over the last few years, their fiber service has worked pretty well. I do believe they still have some antiquated business practices for installation requirements, etc, but I have bumped my 2 star rating to a 4 star as their service has come a long way.

Easy to deal with friendly people in Mesquite office. Service runs fast I have the 500 internet speed and it works great on 4 streaming tv's, 3 phones, 2 google home, and my tablet at the same time.

I called to order a booster for my internet. I explained how my signal was slow. The next thing I know I get a call. Jose from Reliant, would like to come take a look at our set-up. He checked everything, found it was our current boosters causing the problem, taught me how to check my connections, and now we have fast, awesome internet. Thank you Jose!!!

First impression is that it's average at best.Kind of a joke that they have to come install the router rather than allowing a self install. Doesn't really make any sense other than to inconvenience the customer.But besides that it's fine.

Not sure why reviews are low with Reliance but I probably just had one of my best customer service experiences ever. I wasn’t getting internet so I called CS and jumped through a minimum number of hurdles to speak to someone. After troubleshooting for less than 10 min it was apparent that a technician needed to come out. I told CS that I was leaving the next day and he said he would speak to the office in my area to send someone out ASAP. IN LESS THAN 30 min, someone arrived with a new circuit board to swap on the wall panel and I was up and running 5 min after that! And I live 15 min outside of town! Show me a Comcast or AT&T or Cox with a faster and better CS experience and I will tell you that you watch too much Fox News…

All I can say is Reliance Connects is the BEST internet company in Mesquite! This morning my internet wasn’t cooperating. I rebooted, turn off, rebooted, turned back on, shut down, turned back on so many times! I called Reliance Connects only to be on hold for a few short minutes. Their quick service as a local internet service was above impeccable! Within 1 hour of my call I had a new router programmed and installed at my house. Thank you Matt Woods for all your help getting me set up on the best updated router and my ability to get back to work. Thanks again!

I had a bad start with them, it was a bad connection from a line they put in ..They showed up promptly to fix it. The manager is a very pleasant person to work with. I forget all of their names, but they helped me alot. Thank you guys........

Always great customer service..reliable internet and TV...Prices need to be adjusted to compete with TDS..as they offer 1gig plus for $39.95..This price is locked for one year..
