I'm new to this area and my Audi Q5 was leaking oil. I had no experience with any auto repair shops in Mesquite. I read some reviews from around town and decided to take my car to, The Shop. Jake and Todd were both wonderful. I recieved great customer service, and they fixed the issue with my car in a short amount of time. I can't say enough great things about this place and it's employees! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Great service!
My car was driving weird, a lot of jerking while breaking.
They answered the phone quickly and even though they didn't have an appointment available they were able to see me 30 mins after I called.
The manager took great care of me and gave me awesome advice
Honest mechanic
Thanks!

The Shop is awesome! We had a problem with our trailer lights and they were able to help us out and fix the issue. We were in desperate need and they were very helpful. Just an awesome place to go if you need help with your vehicle. Ours is an older Nissan Xterra, and they had the expertise to fix what was wrong.

Great experience working with such a pro Shop. Jake, the service writer, communicates very well and keeps you posted on progress. Also, explains the work clearly.
We had a small issue, and Todd jumped on it immediately and made it right. It's nice to have The Shop to count on!

I brought my 2008 Mustang into The Shop for transmission issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was honest, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car. I really appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs, which is rare these days. Their professionalism and fairness make them stand out, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality car repair. I’ll definitely be returning for any future maintenance!

Being from new jersey, I expect to get what I pay for. And this place delivers fantastically! Price was very good and service more than excellent. They completed the service ahead of schedule and it came in cheaper than quoted. Good job guys!

I am very pleased with the service I have received. I had my Jeep Wrangler in for a transmission leak. Todd was able to diagnose the issue and had me back on the road within 24 hrs. The cost of the repair was reasonable and fair.

I don’t want to bash The Shop because they eventually did get my Kia fixed, however I’m a little irritated with them because after calling me to let me know my car was finished (the 1st time) after checking the work, there still was an issue with the back latch not locking. (I gave Todd a list of things and the back latch was on there) I went back inside to let him know it still wasn’t working and left the car there. Upon picking up my car today I was surprised I was being charged for this since it wasn’t fixed in the beginning. Todd was not in the office so I asked the guy if he had any notes on the back latch. Nope. And to top it off, their AC unit in their garage left spots on my car and didn’t bother to wipe it off. Upon asking the guy about it, he seemed like he didn’t give a damn. It’s a new paint job and how am I supposed to know what it is or if it’ll even come off? I did have new belts put on but I wasn’t planning on paying $300+ including what they charged me for the lock repairs that was their fault for not fixing in the first place. I think I’ll go somewhere else next time unfortunately.
