“Eric was an absolute gem. My truck was making a weird noise so I stopped in to see if anyone could help me diagnose it. He threw on a jacket and followed me into the rain, helped me diagnose the issue, and followed up by calling a shop to see if they could fix it for me. Made a stressful experience a good one. Great customer service.”
