It is so refreshing to be on the receiving end of great customer service.
My husband and I stopped in for a pair of shoes and base layer clothing. We gathered those items and then stopped at the gun counter. While we were looking Dani came over and asked if we needed help. She told us that the manager would be there shortly since she didn't have a key. She then offered to hold our items at the register for us.
When Mary arrived with the key we were looking at trail cams. She helped us decide which one to buy and spoke to us like old friends.
These ladies have a firm grasp on the idea of customer service... a quality that is so rare. Thank you!

Every time I've been in here the selections are great, staff is always friendly. Sports & more store. The cashier called another local store to see if the had stock of something their store was out of. That's Phenomenal customer service.

I was told over the phone they would Match a sale price from their website then after driving one hour total time they refused to price match, not good for Business..

Always stop here for new work boots and walking shoes and Dennis always goes above and beyond the search the shelves for my right size and ensures that they will be a comfortable fit. 10/10 would recommend this store!
