My Wife and I had a great previous experience and used Jim Williams again as our realtor. He sold our home in Gardnerville NV. Jim made the short close very smooth for us. He was always there for questions and sage advice. He was at the home when we could not be. I can't think of anything that could be improved. We shall call on him in the future. Thank-you Jim ! A big thanks also to his partner Gil Evans.
We since have bought and sold 2 more houses with CalNeva here in Carson Valley. Mitch Argon runs a great business that our realtor Jim Williams works for/with. Each of the houses were smooth transactions.

I walked into the CalNeva Minden office at the end of 2/24. Shared with Mitch Argon my desire to leave CA. He asked a few questions and the searching started. I found a house I wanted after more than six months and a number of road trips to Carson Valley and it was purchased. Mitch showed extreme patience with me, explaining the processes involved, making suggestions based on what I told him and we delved in, trial and error. With Mitch, you can count on and expect COMPLETE HONESTY. He realizes full well that selling a property without exhaustive consideration is not good for him or the buyer or a seller. It's a complicated, stressful process and working with Mitch, his family and associates, I'm confident anyone would have a competent, empathetic (yes, that's the right word) advocate.

Mitch assisted my wife and I with purchasing a beautiful home in Gardnerville. We have been working with Mitch for several years, he showed us properties all over the Lake and the Carson Valley. He is very knowledgeable of the area and helped us envision our perfect home. Tina Egbert was a superstar for us! We had our eyes on the Carson Valley for many years, and Tina kept us informed by sending new listings for over a year before we were ready to pull up stakes and move up from So. Cal. She did virtual video tours, until we had boots on the ground, and put in the overtime. She knows all the valley's neighborhoods, and their pro & cons, and was a pleasure to work with. She moved on our eventual home immediately, picked reliable and reasonable inspectors, and pushed everyone to get our house to close earlier than expected for us. Tina was professional and a pleasure, a rare combination in a tough industry. Retain her, she'll find your dream home for you.

My experience with CalNeva Realty and Mitch Argon was far better than I expected. I was looking for a realtor that was willing to work with us in what was likely to be a long drawn-out search process. As it turned out, it was much quicker than anticipated, but Mitch engaged and was remarkably helpful despite not knowing if and when we would conclude the process. On top of this, we were doing this largely remotely. He was very accommodating with our schedule. In addition to the search, it was during the closing and post-closing timeframe that he was the most helpful. Again, due to the remote situation, he took on much of the task of inspections and necessary repairs. I would highly recommend CalNeva Realty and Mitch Argon to anyone. His style is helpful and low-key, not the aggressive nature you sometimes see in realtors.
