Everytime we come here to get cigarettes and gas inside at 2 am on way to work graveyard girl sits outside on her phone leaned up on her car doesn't come in store we have to ask for assistance like we are bothering and an inconvenience to her, it's rude and unprofessional, horrible service

Careful Thursdays theirs not much left after the hords have scavenged the shelves, and even less because the old lady in the morning wont put a thing away when the truck is there . As well said lady has no patience for coworkers that are obviously new. This all is a common place here and if they are out of an item they will not help you get something they have but is not on the shelf, like lids and cups for drinks you can abvosly see in the back ect. I know someone high up will have some corporate fall guy response. Its just sad when you give all your business to maverick for what it was and it feels like ampm

WORST FUEL STOP EVER! First off their diesel fuel pump card readers was not working, so you have to go inside. I also needed DEF which the lady said it’s not working. So then I proceeded to try and buy bottle def and the inside card reader was not working either. Finally after trying multiple times I finally got it to work. I then proceeded to go outside and fuel up, but of course the pump I’m at isn’t accepting the access code the lady gave me. I finally moved pumps and was able to fuel up. I also had to buy their bottle def which pours like crap to say the least. I WILL BE SKIPPING THIS STATION FROM NOW ON!

Cheap, reliable gas. Always busy, but self check keeps up. Soda station typically dirty and straws always mixed up, but otherwise clean and friendly staff. They should have put bigger bathrooms and fresh food should be out later. The app took forever to set up. DONT use the car wash nearby, they scratched my car and broke my tail light!

Pulled up to the first pump and found that the hose had been ripped off of the pump. As I drove down the line of pumps I saw another missing hose and many of the pumps were inoperable with yellow bags over the nozzles. When I finally found a pump with both the gas and diesel hoses intact the card reader wouldn’t work and it directed me to the cashier. There was a long line and the other person was busy restocking cigarettes.
I gave up and went to the men’s restroom. The floor was covered with used paper towels with none left in the dispenser. Someone had stomped the toilet paper dispenser off of the wall in the stall and of course the garbage can was overflowing. The outdoor cans were in the same state.
We finally gave up on purchasing gasoline at this station and proceeded to the Maverik on Hwy. 50 in Carson City. This one was much cleaner and all of the pumps were operational.
I feel sorry for the couple of employees at the Gardnerville location. They were understaffed and overwhelmed.
