I have always wanted to skydive & just thought if the opportunity came up, I would take it, but I'm 33 and the opportunity never came up. I realized I can be the initiator & so I contacted USPA and asked how to go about picking a reputable drop-zone and they told me to pick one from their website & so I looked at which ones were near me and booked Skydive Lake Tahoe with a girl friend of mine. We had initially booked for October, but had to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict so we booked for November & I was nervous it would get cancelled due to weather or be insanely cold. We lucked out! It was a bluebird day after the first snow had hit so the mountains were dusted and everything was like a dream! We wore warm clothes and dressed in layers & brought our own gloves. They provided jumpsuits for us and everything went over without a hitch. The team was super fun and friendly. They were making all types of fun jokes, but also reassured us they were experienced divers and ready to give us a great experience. They did not disappoint! I have been considering getting my A license but obviously needed to figure out how I even felt jumping out of a plane so a tandem jump was the best first step. The experience was so great, I'll probably do another tandem just to confirm that it feels like something I want to invest more time and resources into, but I am hooked! I already can't wait for the next one. Thanks, guys!

My husband and I did our first jump together for our anniversary in October, and it was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel completely at ease. We paid for the video package and it was so worth it — the footage perfectly captured the whole experience. Pro tip: the instructors do accept tips, so plan to budget for that! I didn’t realize ahead of time and wasn’t prepared, it’s not required but they definitely deserve it.

Fantastic first jump experience. Batman, Taylor, and Memo all made my experience really surreal and unforgettable. They even squeezed me in as a walk-in (though I'd recommend making a reservation).

I went skydiving over the weekend and had an incredible experience! The entire team was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They were very informative and helpful, keeping everything calm and relaxed while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. It never felt overly strict or like a classroom safety lecture—just fun, confident, and reassuring.
The plane was smaller than I expected, but both the pilot and instructors were excellent. Everyone there truly loves jumping out of planes and it shows—they’re genuinely excited to share that experience with others. The atmosphere was great: laid-back, full of laughter, and even the funny little truck ride to the plane added to the charm.
The video and photo package turned out amazing, and I appreciated how flexible they were about taking a few pictures on my phone and returning it before the jump. It was such a memorable day from start to finish. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for a safe, fun, and unforgettable skydiving experience!

First time jump! 50th birthday present for me. I brought my best friend as a ride along so she could share the experience. Memo was fantastic, super chill and funny. I could not have hoped for a better instructor. Will be back for sure!!

This was my 2nd time to skydive but first time for Lake Tahoe. This experience was way better than my other dive and the staff were friendly and answered all my questions. The view of Tahoe was great. I highly recommend this business.
