This 1 star is more for the guard shacks that are incompetent. Driver had a 19:00 delivery appointment arrived to shack at 18:15 was told to leave that he was too early....driver left parked on street and checked back in at 18:58 and same guard gave him a hard time saying he's still early....What they want is driver to check in late so that if there is any type of detention request it can get denied because drivers arrived late. If drivers check in right at their appointment times they can be considered late because a lot of the times these places have a long line of trucks waiting to check in. Management really need to look into these guard shacks that give drivers such a hard time and sometimes looses their delivery appointments because of their incompetency.
