Don’t make a passport appointment. They will accept it, confirm it and then when you arrive say oh we don’t have anyone. We called.. no call at all and no thoughts or care to screwing someone over when they already needed an expedited passport. Thanks for being inconsiderate thoughtless employees

We used to have a pretty good delivery person. This one over-stuffs the box and NEVER tries to deliver 'signature required' mail. I work from home so am available all day. I always get notices that I wasn't available and need to pick up in person. That's a 45 minute trip into the post office and a long wait in line. Do your job!

I am tired of the person delivering our packages and stuffing in our box… I couldn’t even get it out of the box and he or she is damaging our deliveries and we are NOT HAPPY !!!! Why is this acceptable???

US post office The postal worker that waited on me by the name of Valentina definitely deserves five stars I am handicapped and on oxygen, and when I reached the window, my concentrator started beeping in going on empty. I was at the post office to pick up a large, or package. I told the postal worker the package was going to be quite large and she said she would meet me at my car. This inot only gave me time to add a new battery to my concentrator, but I also to opened up the car. She tried to place the package in the trunk and it was too large so then she placed it between the passenger seat and the backseat. Not only did she load my package, but she also loaded my walker in the truck. How much more could a handicap person asked for but this postal worker was definitely helping me over and above and I truly appreciate it. ? Sincerely, Cynthia Wallace.

Got a P.O. Box so courier wouldn’t have to deliver Amazon packages but instead of leaving the packages or setting them in lock boxes they just leave you notices to check with the front desk? thanks! I’ll do that on Monday I guess.

The joke in our neighborhood is we share our mail....everyone else gets ours and we get theirs. It has become a running joke.
