“This is a review for Dr. Susanne Lanini. Although I've never stepped foot in this clinic, I just want to let everyone know how lucky you guys are to have access to such an outstanding veterinarian. She is so missed back in Rancho Cucamonga you don't even know. Although my wonderful angel Puffy (Lhasa apso shih tzu mix) has gone to a better place, she lived to a long life of 17 years old. Dr. Lanini literally saved her life on 5 different occasions, most notable was when she worked with me on a diet plan which resulted in CURING her of her pancreatitis!! I CAN NOT THANK HER ENOUGH!! Right now my 17 year old Chihuahua Meatball is still going strong under the years of her guidance. She is literally the best veterinarian I've ever met in my entire life and I don't put that lightly. She is a diamond in the rough. I can't recommend Dr. Lanini enough, ten times over! You guys gained a wonderful veterinarian. I kicked my own butt a long time ago writing such an awesome review for her. She used to be relatively accessible, but after the much deserved reviews she kept on getting, it resulted in her clinic being so busy I had to wait a month at times to see her. I hope you guys take full advantage of what you guys got down there. And Dr. Lanini if you're reading this, we miss you!! Hope you're doing great and thank you for all the years of impeccable care for my little darlings! I wish you the best, everything you've ever dreamed of, and more!!”

“1st time at this clinic since moving to carson, first impression looked pretty clean, one of the receptionist not too welcoming or friendly, first tech very nice introduced herself and was good with the pups, second tech who did vaccines not friendly at all, just came in grabbed one pup at at time, the said we good to go. Dr Spears however, was incredibly nice, super welcoming, and interacted with our pups listened to our concerns. Overall good experience, with exception to long wait over 45 mins past our appointment, but more likely they were taking care of a more urgent care of another animal so understandable, so I am not complaining about that. I would have given 5 stars, but for the receptionist and 2nd tech.
