they didn't replace the weather stripping for months! spiders and mice got into the unit , they got into everything. I understand we live in a desert, but there wouldn't be as much dirt in my unit if they had replaced the stripping sooner.

Hard to contact, they do not answer emails through website. Don't know if they have changed management. Used them years ago when a couple owned and managed this facility. They were great to work with and were very accommodating.
