Dr Kris is very accommodating! She goes above and beyond, answering questions and squeezing me in. She even called to check on my dog and make sure we were okay.

Left me hanging with a sick dog. Hasn't answered phone or returned my calls in 2 days. Have to drive to Vegas and in the meantime it's been a week with zero treatment for fever or pain. I feel sad.

Had my yorkie receive shots and a nail trim from vet. My husband paid them cash. Fast forward 8 months later I needed a copy of his record. I was told I never paid and unless I wanted my records I had to pay $126. Very unfair and quite honestly very rude. It is not my fault they cannot keep track of their records. I had spoke to the office before our appt to ensure I had the exact cash for them that day. Maybe they need a better system.

We took our Bernedoodle to Kristin to be neutered. She and her staff were helpful and respectful. Answered all my questions. Google maps takes you the wrong way, go down Cram past the cemetery to get there!

No x-ray capabilities and vet is elderly and seems forgetful. Vaccines here but I don't recommend much more than this
