I took my car in had a bit of damage in front caused my car to run horrible lights were coming on the dash well I go to pick up my car and there were no lights on the dash the damage was fixed looks amazing and my car drives great. The guy that helped me was very nice and helpful even called to check and make sure everything was still good with it!! I’ll definitely recommend this place 110% thank you guys ur awesome!!!

All American body shop in Mound House, NV was referred through our AAA Insurance to repair our vehicle. Their staff was very professional and repaired our vehicle in a timely manner. .I highly recommend taking your vehicle for TLC and professional body work. Dave & Monica

Terrible customer service leaves me in hold for 15 minutes and then goes on to say they need more time after already saying they needed more time. Didn’t even have the decency to call me I had to call them to check the status on my vehicle.

Dog shit company. Dropped my truck off to get an estimate, called me an hr later said they weren't able to find the damage. A deer hit my passenger door. Went there to show them the damage and than told me I was not able to drive my truck off property and would not give up my keys. I'd stay away from them and there incompetent employees.

Horrifying experience. Would give a negative 3,500 stars if I could. How does an estimate of a 3 mph parking lot impact go from $650 to over &3,500??? What a crooked business. They listed parts on their revised estimate that was not even involved in the incident along with $8.00 bolts & over $100.00 clips. Along with A VERY RUDE FEMALE STAFF that treated my wife as if she was the one doing something wrong. $650 did get us to agree to the repair, but after the attempted robbery of over $3,500 we got our truck back and took it to Carson Auto Body who told us that their estimate is also the repair cost (as it should be) which was a third of the robbers at All American $3,500 plus robbery attempt.

I don't know how this place has 4.6 stars...they had my truck for 3.5 weeks for minor bedside damage. Not once did they call me to update status.The repair is borderline terrible. The bedside doesn't line up with the tail gate or the cab properly. The FX4 sticker has bubbles in it. The bumper wasn't repaired. It's still bent in and scratched. And the paint might not match.

great communication, honest and a pleasure to do business with. From the start, they were precise with how long it would take to order parts and what day to bring in the car to repair. My daughter in law took her vehicle to these guys and after the work was done, they did a very poor job on cleaning the vehicle from when they repainted her vehicle and the paint had an orange peel look to it. It took them 3 times to get the work right. They should have done it right the first time. Would not ever use this company again.

Amazing company! I was T-boned in my truck in May and they really took care of me! They talked to me as a human being, helped me handle insurance, made the process stress free, and my truck came out looking brand new. Not only is the work fantastic but the staff was personable-I definitely will be recommending them and taking all of my work to them!
