Now that this is under new management, I LOVE that I can now pay one payment for both of my storage units!!!! This saves be 20 dollars a month. On top of that, the service level has increased so much and they are quick to respond. Before I rated a 3 but I had to update my review due to new management. Thank you American Self Storage!!!!

The transition over to the company that is managing now was very very smooth, there was no surprises which is always nice , when we went to storage after our code changing it would not work , so I called the number and the company answered right away gave me a different code with no problems, In and out without a hitch, I appreciated that …Thank you!

I have had excellent interaction with the employees there. They go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their customers. The place is very secure and I never worry about the safety of the items I store there.

This place has good pricing and decent sized units but have a serious rodent problem, i would not recommend storing any thing they can get into clothes, vehicles etc until it gets under control. though it is expected because of the location and i cannot tell you how many traps i’ve had to set

The manager of the Mound House location, Dusty is efficient, knowledgeable and has a wonderfully positive personality. The facility is clean and reasonably priced compared to other storage facilities. My recommendation: Excellent place to store your items.

Agreed to have auto payment but it’s not auto payment. Joe charged my card on whatever day he felt like for whatever amount he felt like. I finally just moved all of my belongings to another facility and let them keep the deposit because it was cheaper than all these fees for him not taking it out on time and charging me whatever he pleases. I highly recommend going somewhere else
