If I could give zero stars I would. I made a reservation online 1 week prior for a full-size vehicle but upon my arrival the day of my rental it was a different story. I was told there was no reservation for me even though I had a reservation number and email confirmation. After about 15-20 minutes of the rep "searching" MY reservation still was not found but he offered me a "small pick-up truck" and said that was all they had. I declined and told the rep that was too small for my children and I. Another 5-10 minutes later the Enterprise representative tells me he has a "small SUV that had been returned early that morning" and said it would be the same price as what my reservation. I accepted and was eventually on my way. I noticed while driving on the highway heading to California, the rental had issues. It had no get up and rpm's were shooting up to 5 while only going about 60 mph with the accelerator nearly to the floor. I reported this prior to my returning and was texting with the manager who was adamant about me "being completely satisfied and happy with Enterprise customer service" and asked what could be done for me. So, I told her what I would like and turned the vehicle in. I never got anymore responses from the manager and was told by rep at return that his manager (the person who was texting me) would contact me to fix the issue at hand. Well needless to say, THAT NEVER HAPPENED! 2 days later I called and was put on hold for nearly 15 minutes just to be told the manager would give me a call shortly. Again, NOTHING! No one has called me, I got nothing in return as promised, and my deposit still hasn't been returned either. I'm livid at this point and I would not refer anyone to this location. I thought this location was so convenient for military families especially but they couldn't care less. I'm completely disgusted and disappointed and plan to rent elsewhere for my future rentals. This was a horrible experience! It's very clear that customer service is NOT what's most important and highly devalued. Do not rent from Enterprise on Nellis AFB!!

What a nightmare!!!! It was apparent that the Enterprise representative, Amo, was not going to provide great customer service. He made every excuse he could to not rent us a vehicle. I am a 100% disabled veteran and had walked to the exchange in great pain to rent a vehicle while staying at the RV park. Ultimately said he was cancelling our reservation and refused to rent us a vehicle. This was very disconcerting because we had no other way to get around while staying at the RV park at Nellis. Because of this I ended up in urgent care in great pain and required a steroid shot to bring down the swelling and pain. Our understanding is that the customer should always come first. Obviously this Enterprise representative has not been trained in the ways of customer service. Very unprofessional!!!

The car I received was in very good condition and checking in online prior to arrival made it quick and easy to get on my way. The only issue I had was the requested Sirius XM was not available in the car.

Extremely efficient, professional, and polite staff. Thoroughly impressed with how quickly they tend to everyone in a full waiting room. Always a great selection of vehicles, and they’ll often upgrade the size your rental free of charge depending on their availability. Best rental experience I’ve ever had.

Great rental experience! If an employee is not in Bx, call the number, it will be answered. Vehicle was ready to go! Instructions if you need it. Friendly staff, affordable clean car, easy pick-up and drop-off. My experience was grade A+. And, I will rent from them again and again.

It took 3 calls to reach someone, but once I did, everything was smooth. Renting a vehicle was easy, no complaints. I'm not sure why they are hard to reach. It might be best to make an appointment in person, if possible, if you are having trouble reaching someone that is. They are located inside the BX across from Starbucks.Hope this helps someone.

Great customer service! Rented a 2018 Nissan Maxima which was extremely clean and great car. Definitely will come back if I ever need to rent a car again.
