So Rude.
Navy Veteran so have a gift card for the Navy Exchange. The back of the card says I can use at ANY exchange. So went to customer service to ask. They gave me attitude saying “it’s a NEX card they don’t take it”but once he checked on his system it’s read a balance. Went to pay and didn’t know how to use it at self checkout. Asked for help. Lady said it from NEX and said no no no. Told her customer service said it was ok. She refused to help. Didn’t even want to see gift card
