How is it that when I refill a prescription on the MHS Genesis portal, it's never ready on the date it tells me July 14? I get to the pharmacy and I'm told it's too soon to fill. It can be filled on July 24. Today is July 24. Still too soon to fill?! This system sucks!

Though there are three lanes for the drive-thru, every time we go only one lane is open. We have been stuck in a long lines that go out onto the road, thus blocking the road eastbound. I'm not sure if this is a manning issue or not. The staff at the window has always been polite and professional.

The pharmacy always has my medication in stock and it’s always ready the same day. The lines are usually a little long in the drive-thru but that’s because I go right before it closes and so everyone else lol! So that’s my fault! But it’s been a very good pharmacy and never had any issues.
