I replaced the battery here over a year ago and got the two years guaranteed. My car's battery was not working since yesterday, so I came here today to ask a battery replacement service. There was a tall white man in the store asked me about my situation and told me that they no longer provide warranty services. As a result, the staff at the counter provided me with free warranty service and told me wait by my car. When I was waiting，that tall guy came to tell me again that they don't have any tools and I need to take out the battery by myself. I was so confused,and felt uncomfortable. After a few minutes, the staff at the counter pushed out the tool and replaced the battery. I really appreciate that. At last, that tall guy wants to help me close the hood. He released his hand and let my engine hood fall straight down and making a loud noise. I have never treated my car like that before. It was horrible!

Good thing they're closing. Ordered some brake pads and rotors along with floor mats. All canceled due to "inventory " issues.

Horrible customer service. Only allow 2 customers in the store. Long line outside. They refuse to fill online orders until you arrive, which defeats the purpose of ordering online. They're supposed to be open until 9 pm, but they start turning people away an hour prior to close. Waste of time and lack of respect. They steal your money by accepting your online order but not filling it.

Their system is down. If you want anything from here, pay full price. That's what the manager this morning stated. I recommend avoiding this place today.

They don’t honor there warranty on brakes go to oreillys or auto Zone if you want a warranty that isn’t challenged after they place nice before you buy but after they are crude STAY AWAY! Bought rotors and pads front and back supposedly lifetime warranty on pads but not here they will also erase your purchase history but forget everything is put on credit cards! STAY AWAY!

I had an excellent experience at this location. The entire team was friendly, especially Alex, the manager, who assisted me in finding and installing the right windshield wiper for my car. They also helped me find a great deal on some Chemical Guys leather cleaning and maintenance products. If you want top-notch service and the best prices, this is the place to go!

Prices were high. But the service was excellent! I almost bought the wrong can of freon for my Hybrid, but the cashier offered to double check the computer before I cashed out, and made sure I had the correct part. It saved me a trip back to the store for a return! Thank you!
