Needed to replace cyan drum. It took 2 1/2 days to get the part and fix the Kyocera but other than that the machine is fixed and working.

AIS has consistently gone above and beyond for our growing school. Their service is fast and they are very helpful. The owner and the whole team are responsive and even came out on a Sunday to support us with opening our school for the first days of the school year. Thank you!!

AIS has met and exceeded our needs. They have aways been professional and paradoxically have a small mom and pop feel. Someone always answer the phone or gets back promptly. The AIS technician that came was fast and courteous. After he serviced the machine, he explained the reason for the malfunction of my copier and gave instructions of how to remedy the situation better in the future. The first days of school starting are always busy for everyone but he was able to come within two business days.

This is a terrible company that doesn’t care about small business. We called asking for assistance for a struggling office and they told me it was my problem and I needed to come up with 11k to pay off the copier

To be very honest, I really do not understand how this place is getting 5 star reviews. Or still in business at this point.AIS has to have THE WORST customer service, and sales team I have ever seen. I've recently received a quote from another printer company, and wanted to see is AIS can match that price I was offered. Long story short, the person I spoke with flat out told me to switch companies since there was nothing they can do. Alright, I decided to switch companies, the new company cut me a check for a buyout on my current lease, and so I sent the check AIS to get out of my lease, and have them pick up their machine. 5 months passed, I've been calling them to pick up their machine and nothing. No one is answering the phones at the office, I got an automated machine recording and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, cut them the check, check is cleared, and they're still charging me monthly. If I do get lucky and talk to someone in billing, the only thing they seem like they're trained to do is tell me they cannot do anything and will have management give me a call. Which NEVER happens.UPDATE: Looked at the invoice they sent me, after I paid for the Buyout and to my surprise. The invoice states that I used 1,000 B/W copies, and 700 Color. Their machine has been unplugged for the past 3 months. So I don't even know where they're getting these number from.
