Horrible customer service, horrible checkers, horrible managers, assistant manager horrible
My roommate tried buying one of there prepaid cards loading it up with $400 to send to his grandsons for Christmas and gets home to a 0 balance on the card call number on the card to have them tell him go back to the store where you purchased it and tell him he didn't ring it up right, mind you he has the receipt and transaction number, went back to Albertsons 5 more times ...sent copies of receipts & pics of card front & back with his id , and Albertsons on w Craig and Decatur turned him away saying sorry sur but I guess your just out luck now move we have customers to check out ! Who runs an establishment that way .!!!!!???? Someone got that $400!!!

Old hispanic woman at Customer Service was rude and refused to help me. I am a manager at another location and this is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate.

Lines always running long in Albertsons and they close down another line after looking at my full cart. When I questioned why, they told me "You'll be fine".
Self checkout only allows 15 items or less so now I'm stuck waiting 20+ minutes just to checkout when there is no reason to close down an aisle, especially right in front of someone because you don't want to do your job.
Pretty shitty customer service.

Avoid this one at all costs, the cashiers have no customer service training, their so called digital deals don't work unless you provide them with your email, phone number, background check, stool sample. The Customer Services desk should be renamed Customer Diservice, their app is infuriating to use. The only reason I shop here is for the digital deals that they make extremely difficult to use. It's sad when the the grapefruit they sell possesses more intelligence then their app developer.

Let's talk disgusting.
At 8:37pm tonight, I walked in to purchase 2lbs of Chicken Breast. The individual working at the meat counter (Eric) was abhorrently rude, and used his BARE hands to get the food. To be clear, he is 5'6", Caucasian, and should not be permitted to work in this establishment. The manager on duty (D'Carri) is not much better. So, if anyone has any issues with getting quality meat or may suffer from a mysterious food born illness and you shop at this location, you know why.

Had the worst experience here, the self checkout lady was extremely rude and didn’t say a word to us the entire time we’re trying to ask her questions. She ignored us twice and then refused to help us. The posted prices at this location shouldn’t all just say sale. They should notify costumers which sales are for everybody and which sales are just for members. Definitely not going back, too many places with people who actually know how to do their jobs.

Every year I come to the store the readings change. Seems I'm always getting rain checks. Never anything on the shelf.
