Placed an order for pickup at a time for a little after work so I could stop by 2 other stores first and then grab my order from here on my way home. They sent me a notification they started my pickup order -after- the pickup time. App assistance chat had no info for me, was rude and pushy about how they had no control over my order time themself and told me to call the store if I wanted to know when it'd be done so badly instead of waiting for a notification. Called the store and was placed on hold, told the lady I was curious when my order would be ready since it's very late, she put me on hold for 15min, accidentally picked up the line with me 3x when trying to talk to other people, kept me on hold until I finally got transferred to someone else and a new girl picked up. She told me she'd start it since the app lied and it hadn't even been started yet. Put me back on hold and I finally hung up after 20min of more waiting. There's a reason I scheduled a pickup after working a 12hr shift and didn't do the shopping in person myself after having gone to 2 other stores before as well. Ended up wasting even more time and patience by placing my order. Wasn't released to me until I had been waiting for about an hr and a half. The only good thing was that the girl who brought out my groceries and loaded my car, Abbi, was an absolute sweetheart to both me and whoever she had to answer the phone for or walked by. Props to her.

Susan at the gaming area was very pleasant, attentive, and fun. For her service alone, I'd rather play and gamble here than most bars and casinos. Recognize her. Give her a raise and some time off with a promotion. As for the food at the self-serve and deli, the choices are okay. Ambiance, this spot is much more spacious than other properties. Neat, clean, and easy to walk around.

Nice Albersons with a Starbucks and Pharmacy. All the employees are really approachable and offer help. I must have looked like I was lost, 3 employees offered to help me find things. The food in the deli was fresh and appealing. I got my son some potato wedges. Good experience for me.

The app, of course, did not work properly. Uuug what's new TAYLOR: the sweet girl, gathering up carts when I returned mine. I started a short conversation with her, not knowing that an employee named Tiffany would come out of the woodwork, to verbally abuse Taylor. TIFFANY.. barking about carts, while placing her back towards me and squeezing between me and the cart return. I asked Tiffany what her name was, (I give her props for telling me, but it was also on her name tag). She was very aggressive rude super over the top mean to other employees screaming across the parking lot to another employee to divide the plastic and metal carts. When I kept asking her, if this was normal for her, she said "no matter what I say you're going to think that I'm rude" You can tell that THIS IS VERY NORMAL FOR TIFFANY. Tiffany is an abusive human being. Tiffinie cannot be taught any differently, because Tiffinie is a nasty bully. I did not engage with Tiffany any further, instead, I looked up on yelp the phone number of the store, while leaning against my car, (watching Tiffany slam carts around and barrel in front of people and cars to show her power) I got the managers name, Kathy. Kathy picked up the phone quickly. Kathy was quite helpful, saying she will "train Tiffany through this". Most would think this would be the end of it. However, I have worked with people like "Tiffany the bully". Kathy will do her paperwork, Kathy will do her best. Then Taylor will get torn to shreds eaten alive because Tiffany got herself called out for being a bully. I am putting this here, so Taylor will have some sort of repercussion. Taylor will have somebody in her corner. Taylor was acting as a good employee, she engaged with a customer, (that approached her), and did her best to escape the public humiliation that Tiffany rained down on her. I promise I will be going back to this store and asking for Taylor. I WILL be checking on this sweet girl. If need be, I WILL HELP HER FIND A JOB WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT TOLERATE ABUSE OF EMPLOYEES.

The Starbucks inside this Albertsons sucks!! We waited over 20 min just to order and then to order another 10 min because the lady didn't know what she was doing and another 10 min or more just to get our order. It's unacceptable to literally wait that long. It's the second time this happen and next time I will just be going somewhere else. First time was during the week and only one person working and this time it was the weekend I was hoping it would be at least two people working but nope. Ohh and when they finally gave us our 3 out 4 drinks we were there waiting while they skipped us to the next customer bc they had forgot our 4th drink. Ridiculous!!! Please do better ! Long lines because they have literally one person and obviously it's too much for her .

A couple of months ago I was robbed outside of this store after o left the pharmacy. I only had testing strips in my bag, but still cost me $120 to replace that o didn't have so now I pay attention when people walk up to me. Just left the store and some lady walks up on me with her large friend comes up behind me talkin about my receipt when I'm 50 ft Crome the store no uniform, no name tag , did not give name even when asked. So I did not stop to humor her allegations of stealing untrue and unfounded the whole time the guy standing behind me . Nobody offered to even help me when I got robbed , but they take the time to hassle me . I'm disabled have a walker to walk and have shorts and a t-shirt so even though they offered nothing but accusations and threats I kept walking cause this is exactly what happened last time so she just started to accuse and belittle a handicap person . I am not gonna talk to people I don't know and stand behind me where I can be attacked is this a management thing to have unidentified no name and two people to try and threaten me for some reason. I was in fear for my safety and the threat of being injured just so these people can have a good laugh . Used to feel safe there and now have to start lookin over my shoulder every time I come here. Is this the acceptable way to treat disabled customers? . Would you stop to show a receipt when someone is in the middle of the lot? Me either but at least she got to talk down to me and accuse me to make her feel better.

We were in the store today, and my Lovely Lady was having trouble understanding how to download coupons from the App. Customer Service Manage Sherry Carrigay spent 5 minutes of her time helping us to navigate the App.This was outstanding service!!Store was clean and had multiple registers opened! Recommend.Great job, Sherry!

Update: just ordered a store pickup. Several issues. The strawberries I picked up TODAY are moldy and shriveled up. They substituted when I clearly checked no substitutes. They also had no ability to properly check in for pickup. I'm done with this store.Old review: Only one checkout lane open and the line is back into the aisles.

I wanted to leave a review solely for the store to know how wonderful the associate Kelly is. We had an issue with our coupons not properly ringing up correctly. All the other associates did not pay attention to us, or listen to us at all, they ignored us. They suspended our transaction and rang it up at the service desk and an associate then charged us incorrectly. Kelly kept trying to nicely help the other associates on her team but they didn't listen to her either. Kelly finally fixed everything for us all while simultaneously helping several other guests as well. You could clearly see that she goes above and beyond in her job. Thank you so much to Kelly who made a very confusing and somewhat frustrating transaction, extremely better! Thank you Kelly!

1 star goes to the deli. They have to be the laziest 4 people I've ever seen. Took the 15 minutes to get 1 order correct (1 piece of chicken) not to mention rude people. I feel sorry for people who hate thier job that much. But get rid of them..... date was 6/24/23 at 3:00pm

As far as friendliness goes and courtesy it was great but it is very high priced I will not go back there again unless I become rich I was very shocked at the prices I know all girls your prices are high right now but that was double the regular high prices just ridiculous but everything else was fine it was a nice clean store the people were nice they had everything in stock but the prices were way too high

This location has become much much better adding self checkout. It's unfortunate it took soo long when other Albertsons had them for such a long time already.

They have everything you need. One stop shopping, and good sales. The bakery on S Rainbow, AMAZING! Beautiful, fresh designs and amazing flavors. Even the pharmacy is awesome!! I would highly recommend this store.
