First of all how you going to assume that I'm somebody when you couldn't even come to my face if you're the manager that I'm not welcome at that location it kick me out I was told by somebody else I really don't appreciate this place they're not professional this guy has tattoos all over his arms he shouldn't even be a manager you look like a criminal

What frustrating I was this morning in this location and what unexpected situationAlmost a year I opened an account with America first credit union thinking was a good idea but now I’m so disappointed.I went this morning to make a regular transacciónBut they told me what my ID is not valid and I need another type of IDI have to say what the ID what I haveIs the same ID when I opened the accountIs the Same ID of Nevada what they requested to me to be able to open the accountI have to say as well what couple weeks ago I went to the same location to made the same transaction I did show the same ID and they made my transaction, but this morning they weren’t able to help me because my IDI asked to the lady in the front desk “your telling me what I’m able to open an account with this ID but I can’t no make transactions with the same ID in the account “And She says “YES”Omg!!!For me, this situation was more a racism problem with this people working in that location.I felt bad because they looked at me and they judge me because my appearance!!!!I just can’t believe!!!!

I was at this location just about a week ago and the manager there and in altercation with me and for that reason I got a nine for my checking account which I think is horrible because I told her I didn’t wanna do business with her and she told me to leave and when I left, she was all in my space and I totally believe in Covid by law Chelsea give me 6 feet of space and she did not and I told her to leave me alone I’m leaving, so I literally go to get the F away from me and because of that they denied my account I think the manager that location should be train better. She was sitting down and she follow me all the way to the door when I told her that I’m not doing business I’m leaving so I don’t think it’s right from that manager to complain about me. Now I’m complaining about her and I hope people understand if it’s still business hours that you should work your hours and stop complaining she didn’t want to help us in the beginning all she had to do is just tell us let’s make an appointment but instead of that, she’s going to complain about me and now because of that they denied my account they don’t wanna do business with me so I’m complaining against his manager which I think is really disrespectful when I walk away, she shouldn’t be following me she didn’t give me my 6 feet of space because we’re still in Covid. She don’t want to respect me so I didn’t respect her either. I know she’s older lady but in the end , she shouldn’t be following me breathing down my neck, so honestly I wanna do business with these people if that’s how you feel or should I say this location in Craig road .

Very bad experience , the banker did not provide the right info for my direct deposit , they provide some random numbers at the beginning of the account number , as i sepcified that i will have a direct deposit on it , my direct deposit is lost due this issue and delayed , also i requested a pin number change from my debit card, it was changed only for atm transactions but for purchases i have another pin , 2 diferent pin numbers for 1 card !! This message for the supervisors please make sure you re employees are properly trained , it is causing a lot of issues !

I first joined this credit union when it was EG&G in 1975. It has gone through name changes since and I began doing my banking with Bank of America, Colonial and U.S. Bank but kept a small amount of money here to keep the account open. Bank of America was awful and I left them years ago. When 2008 hit, Colonial went under. At that point I banked primarily with U.S. Bank. Fast forward, most of my money is here. Good hours, free checking, the interest paid on your savings and checking accounts is better than any bank, reasonable interest rates on loans and better CD rates than U.S. Bank and the safety deposit boxes are at a very reasonable fee. While other bank's are offering less services, this credit union offers much, much more.

It is not my bank, but I did go there with someone. The place was super clean, personnel were friendly, and from the very first second you walked in, someone was right there to greet and assist you. And not in that "car salesman" vulture-like kind of way either. Just quick, efficient employees who get you moving and going I the right direction with ones banking needs.

Unpleasant experienceDon't bother, don't waste your time!!!!Worst customer service everThey did a hard pull on my credit when there was no need to they only needed to do a soft pull onlyI was NOT taking out a loan.Their mobile app doesn't work properly, several people in the bank at the same time was there trying to get help for their mobile app. I was there for 2 and a half hours opening up a account at the end they gave me no information on my account., or the bank, they never discussed any of the service they offered at the bank and just gave me a paper receipt. The teller looked at my phone when I was trying to do the mobile app and she clicked on my password so she could view my password. She said oh I didn't see anyting there was no reason for her to look at my password. I got bounced around from three different Representatives opening up account. My mobile app wasn't working after I input information multiple times & each time when I got through at the end it booted me out and I had to start over. The manager at the branch on Craig road was extremely rude so were the other employees. I used to bank with them about a year ago and I left because of their rudeness and I came back because they had good rates on CD. Very unpleasant experience to say the least.

Not even worth writing one .... I don't waste my time in this kind of Credit Union ... Give them 20 years more so they'll learn from experiences ..... One of the worst experience regardless of anything.

Terrible experience unpleasant unprofessional rude customer serviceEspecially the woman banking manager of the America first credit Union on Craig road would not recommend.It took two and a half hours to open up a certificate a deposit and got bounced around a three different desk.
